The path of purifying obscurations and completing accumulations, Even if you strive, abandon wrong thoughts about the ripening of karma, At the time of the ripening of virtuous results, whether great or small, strong or weak, In this life, the next life, or the bardo, increase happiness in whatever way is appropriate, Surely you will obtain it, the words of the Buddha are not deceiving, With faith and joy, strive and cherish virtue! Completion stage, external body experiences severe illness, The basis is the mind of self-grasping, which is ignorant within, The object of grasping is the clinging to self-cherishing, That is a mistaken, sudden defilement, The antidote is the wisdom of selflessness and emptiness, The method of meditation is the unwavering four qualities, the three doors, and the eye, Naturally abide in the sky, without conceptualizing the three times, Beyond conceptual thoughts, rest nakedly in self-awareness, From that, gradually become accustomed, and the four stages of realization will arise, Abiding and unwavering, equanimity, spontaneously accomplished, For each one, diligently practice to gain movement, habituation, and stability, This is the guru's instruction for distinguishing the grounds and paths, May it be virtuous!
