Repeat this mantra: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ A-tsi-ka Ni-tsi-ka Na-mo Bha-ga-va-te Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Phaṭ. Āḥ Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Phaṭ. Three times. Holding the mirror, say this: Hūṃ! This is the wisdom of the Guru, The mind of the Buddhas of the three times, Empower you, disciple. Benefit beings with the completion stage. Now, for the sake of the second instruction, the empowerment of Guru Medicine Buddha, visualize the front generation and the teacher as follows: In the clear sky, on a lotus and moon, the essence is Guru Padmasambhava, the form is Medicine Buddha, body color blue. The right hand is in the supreme generosity mudra, holding five kinds of arura in the palm. The left hand is on the samadhi mudra, holding a lapis lazuli bowl filled with immortal nectar. Sitting in vajra posture. The body is complete with marks and signs, wearing three dharma robes. Surrounded by the eight Sugatas, the thousand Buddhas of the Fortunate Aeon, medicine goddesses, and countless sages and vidyadharas. Visualize like this, and repeat these: Sentient beings illusory body, unbearable, Doubting, Orgyen medicine, Life exhausted, Orgyen, Thought, three times. Holding the body image, say this: Hūṃ! This is Padmasambhava... etc., benefit beings. Holding the rosary, say this: Hūṃ! This is the essence of the Guru... etc., benefit beings. Repeat this mantra: Namo Bhagavate Bhaiṣajye Guru Vaiḍūrya Prabha Rājāya Tathāgatāya Arhate Samyaksaṃbuddhāya Tadyathā Oṃ Bhaiṣajye Bhaiṣajye Mahābhaiṣajye Rāja Samudgate Svāhā. Say three times. The right hand holds a wish-fulfilling jewel at the heart, and the left hand leans on a mongoose at the hip. The right leg is bent, and the left leg is extended, residing in a standing posture, with the red Consort Dechenma in his lap, the right hand holding a jewel, and the left hand holding a skull cup filled with blood, embracing him. Both the father and mother are adorned with silk and various jewels. Meditate that the retinue is surrounded by hundreds of thousands of billions of wealth deities, including the eight wealth deity couples, wisdom, activity, and worldly wealth deities, and recite this. Of the six hands, the right holds a nine-pronged vajra and a five-pronged vajra, the left holds a khatvanga and a flame, the two ends are entwined with a kīla. Of the four legs, the front two are bent right and extended left, the back two are extended right and bent left, residing in a secret posture, hanging down as if decorated with kīlas, piercing the hearts of obstacles. Complete with the ornaments of a charnel ground. The consort holds a chakra, rings a bell, holds a skull cup filled with blood, embracing him. The retinue is surrounded by the Glorious Heruka father and mother, etc., eight in number, and countless peaceful and wrathful Yidam deities, meditate and recite this.
