Having remembered the meaning of 'I', the so-called seat is the support of the illusory body. It is called a seat because it abides in the manner of relying on the essence of the Sugata, the heart of Bodhi, as the basis of all. The so-called three are the seats of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the seats of the Vidyadharas and Goddesses, and the seats of the Wrathful Deities and Wrathful Mothers. The five aggregates, such as my own form, are the five Buddhas. The eight consciousnesses, such as the consciousness of the eye, are the eight Bodhisattvas, which are the seats of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. The five elements, such as earth, are the five mothers. The eight objects, such as form, are the eight mind-mothers, which are the seats of the Vidyadharas and Goddesses. The ten major joints are the ten Wrathful Deities. The ten objects are the ten Wrathful Mothers, which are the seats of the Wrathful Deities and Wrathful Mothers. Thus, it is said that all aggregates, realms, and sources are inherently abiding in the nature of deities, and it is not necessary to meditate on deities with body color and hand symbols. Having thus believed, visualize at will, at the crown of the head or in the space in front, a lotus tree with hundreds of thousands of petals emerging from the blue and clear nectar ocean, which is vast and boundless. It is full of branches, leaves, and fruits, and the stamens are prominent. On top of it is the sun, and on top of the sun is the moon seat. On it abides the embodiment of all Buddhas of the three times, Guru Padmasambhava, with a white and reddish complexion, a peaceful smile, and a slightly wrathful appearance. The right hand holds a golden five-pronged vajra at the heart, and the left hand holds a skull cup filled with nectar on the samadhi mudra. The katvanga with three points is leaning on the elbow. He wears a lotus-petal-shaped She'u hat on his head, adorned with a five-pronged vajra and a small ornament of peacock feathers on the top, and adorned with a mirror, golden sun and moon, and a silk diadem. He wears a red Dharma robe with golden embroidery that is in accordance with the Sutras, as well as a blue Dharma skirt and secret inner garment that are in accordance with the Mantras, and a deep blue cloak with golden borders that has the air of a Chakravartin. He sits in the vajra posture, and even if one looks at each part of his body for kalpas, one cannot know it completely and cannot be satisfied. His signs and examples are extremely magnificent, and his radiance is like a million suns. Just by seeing, hearing, and remembering, one can accomplish the fruit of Bodhi. Clearly visualize that he abides with such blessings.

Secondly, inviting the wisdom being: Visualize that the syllable OM (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) is marked on the forehead of the Guru, AH (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊) on the throat, and HUNG (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) on the heart. From the HUNG (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the heart of the Protector Amitabha in Sukhavati, countless rays of light emanate, and Guru Padmasambhava is invited as the essence of compassion. Furthermore, visualize that all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas from all the vast realms manifest as Guru Padmasambhava. Recite the Seven Line Prayer, such as "HUNG! In the northwest of the land of Oddiyana," and invite him. Visualize that the samaya being dissolves into the wisdom being, and the samaya and wisdom are inseparable and of one taste. Thirdly, empowerment and confirmation: Again, light radiates from the heart, and the deities of empowerment are invited from their natural abode. Visualize that they bathe the Guru's body with vase water and bestow empowerment, and that the Lord of the Lotus family, Amitabha, adorns his head. Fourthly, prostration: Imagine that your body multiplies into as many bodies as there are dust particles in the fields, and prostrate. Recite: "HRIH! The unmade, free from elaboration, Lama is the Dharmakaya; the great bliss of enjoyment, Lama is the Sambhogakaya; born from a lotus stem, Lama is the Nirmanakaya; to the three kayas, Vajradhara, I prostrate!" Even if you do not actually prostrate, do so in your mind. Fifthly, offering: Outer offerings such as offering water and flowers, the five desirable qualities such as forms and sounds, the inner offering of transforming one's own body into nectar, the secret offering of offering many beautiful daughters of gods and humans as consorts, the offering of the true nature of the three circles—the object of offering, the offerer, and the offering—being perfectly pure, and the offering of accomplishing activities, etc., are extensively displayed. Or, in brief: "With actual and mentally emanated clouds of Samantabhadra's supreme offerings, completely arrange the pure and vast expanse of space, and offer with an ocean of outer, inner, and secret offerings." Offer by expanding the visualization extensively. Sixthly, praise: "Possessing the unchanging body, speech, and mind of birth and cessation; with self-arisen compassion, for the sake of liberating beings; fulfilling wishes with four kinds of activities; I prostrate and praise Padma Thotreng Tsal!" If you wish to elaborate, recite whatever praises you know. Seventhly, supplication: Supplication means to remember the compassion and qualities of the Guru, and with intense longing in your mind, utter clear and resonant sounds.
