Having spared no effort, I diligently traveled to each small monastery in the valleys and ravines. I relied on everyone from the well-known great lamas above to the householder monks in the villages below. Abandoning all my arrogance, hypocrisy, pursuit of fame and fortune, and conceit, I maintained humility in body, speech, and mind, and served with unwavering respect. To accomplish wisdom, I made offerings of mandalas and material goods without stinginess or hesitation, considering this to be the unbroken lineage of the Buddha's immaculate teachings passed down from person to person. Otherwise, why would I bear such great hardship? If one has not yet grasped the direction, how can one practice Dharma without relying on a guru? Due to good karma from previous lives, I was born at the feet of Padma Dechen Lingpa. As desired, I relied on a Yongdzin and received the teachings of maturation and liberation according to my capacity. Regarding the vows that are the life force of the teachings, there was not even a hair's breadth of violation or fault. After that, relying on a Yongdzin, as predicted in many treasure prophecies by Guru Rinpoche, I relied on Karma Rigdzin, who is said to be the reincarnation of the Indian great adept Shawaripa, a master of the three trainings, serving the guru as described in the tantras. The nature of mind was revealed by Vajradhara himself. Thereafter, I wondered if I could live a life balancing life and practice in a solitary, uninhabited snow mountain like a charnel ground seeker pursuing only personal benefit. However, due to past karma, this did not come to fruition. Arriving in the U-Tsang region, I met many holy beings such as the Karmapa, the Shamarpa, and Patrebo Chokyi Wangpo. Ostensibly for the sake of Buddhism, I engaged in study, contemplation, and teaching. However, that was also partly to satisfy my own desires, not for fame and fortune in this life, so I flattered myself that I had only accomplished some superficial acts of benefiting others. However, if one can accomplish one's own benefit, then the benefit of others will naturally be accomplished. Cherishing the precious Dharma lineage, I spent my life with a sense of appreciation, but ultimately left no trace of practice or meditation, which is a source of great sadness. Alas, some

It's better to be known for my distractions of study and contemplation than to die without accomplishing any worldly affairs. Now there's no use in regretting, PHAṬ ṬAḤ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思). However, from now on, I will focus on practice, to attain the rainbow body Vajra body. Even if I cannot do that, I pray that my life and practice will be equal. In this way, I have only pure intention for the teachings. Other than that, if I can practice, then the foundation of my practice is the compassion of the two root gurus, and I have some confidence from that. Like that, friends who don't know the situation and the monastic communities of the lamas, they consider me as someone who has never heard of the generation stage and completion stage, a newly joined yogi who doesn't know anything. And some people know that, but in front of others, they belittle and despise in various ways to make themselves look better. Although there are such people, it is probably the manifestation of my own sins and obscurations. If I can practice patience, then it is good to have such a broom for sins and obscurations, Emaho! In general, if I tell my situation as it is, it will become arrogance. If I don't tell, I will be taken as an object of contempt by others, and both myself and others will accumulate bad karma. No matter what I do, it is not easy, but this is also for the sake of my own pure and undefiled Dharma lineage, so I should know that this is a meaningful thing, a place to cultivate joy. I have pure intention for the teachings and do things that benefit my friends, but no matter how I do it, others are not satisfied. Even if I am belittled, despised, and tormented by greed, may I be able to see them as loving mothers. I do good deeds but get resentment in return, I put effort into the three doors but get little appreciation. Even if my Dharma friends show their true colors in this degenerate age, may my mind not be disturbed, and may I be patient with them. From this life until enlightenment, may I always regard the Buddha's teachings as more important than my life. May I never do anything that causes others to speak ill, despise, or belittle me, and may they become friends of enlightenment. Likewise, may I endure even if my body and life are turned into powder for the sake of pleasing all the perfect Buddhas and their sons, and the qualified lamas, and may I only accept that. In my previous lives, I was under the control of afflictions, and I was disrespectful and contemptuous towards my Dharma brothers and qualified consorts. May that karma purify the pain that I cause to the minds of my close friends in this life. End.
