The indestructible nature of letters, the youthful sound of Nada, The vajra's own sound, words of unbroken continuity. The sacred Dharma wheel, the lama's speech, May it be firm and stable, forever and ever. Free from the stains of change, utterly abandoning deceitful reality, The nature of unchanging permanence, great bliss. The lama's mind, free from elaboration and immutable, May it be firm and stable, forever and ever. The three secrets of all-pervading Buddhas, The actor of expansion and contraction, Vajrasattva. At this time, the glorious great root lama, The glorious lord pervading all lineages and mandalas. Having mastered the ocean of compassion of all the Victorious Ones, The treasury of precious jewels of the command lineage, sutras, and tantras. May the teachings flourish greatly through the definitive essence of all that is held, May all the supreme holders of the teachings be united. May hundreds of thousands of students who have seen the truth and attained realization gather in clusters, May the vast, unbroken place be auspicious. Thus, this prayer in verse for the auspicious connection of the long life of the lotus feet of the supreme Gyalwang Kagyu activity chariot, the great root of the complete teachings at this time, the unequaled protector of beings, the complete collection of all the holders of the practice lineage of the glorious Cloud Sound, was offered by the free, non-sectarian yogi, Gyal Khampa Pal Rigpa Dzinpa Dorje Tshewang Norbu, on the auspicious waxing day of the youthful autumn month, in the Kiṭā's temple of the great self-arisen stupa of Nepal.
