以虔诚之心祈请。 我从今直至圆满成佛之间， 舍弃恶趣，恒常获得善趣， 富裕天界功德，拥有七圣财。 愿我不从正道退转。 生生世世与具足一切功德的上师， 善妙相遇，我成办上师的一切心愿。 愿我获得甚深秘密光明金刚藏的意义， 毫不缺少，完全获得。 不让刹那进入非法之业， 日夜时时行持如法之行， 一生圆满所有地道暖位。 愿自他二利毫不费力自然成就。 彻却见之究竟实相证悟， 妥噶现前修持穷尽。 以清净之行成办利益众生之大事， 愿此生获得无学殊胜之地。 诸法本初之实相离戏论， 超越边际，超越业，九乘之顶巅， 心识不可测，光明大圆满， 愿显现之有相肉身融入光身。 不为分别念所染污， 远离一切作意，法性现前。 显现、表义、证相三者无别之道， 愿无诤阿底之证悟现前。 时时深信因果业力， 获得超越因果之见的定解。 何时也不违犯秘密真言誓言， 愿恒常安住于本来守护离戏大乐之中。 不贪恋今生之诱惑， 进入决定秘密无上胜道， 成为成办自他二利之大自在， 愿获得三身佛陀之殊胜果位。 生生世世恒常获得甚深秘密大圆满之义， 权势兴盛，利益佛法和众生。 具备七圣财，传承弟子兴盛， 愿一切众生于一坛城中成佛。 这是大圆满空行心髓的祈请文，极为精勤于清净之业，对于决定秘密大圆满具有不退转信心的有缘人，如铁岩德巴般的长寿有意义者，或为普贤决定义自解脱自在者的教言所劝请，多康噶陀之南方的拉本策旺诺布于芒域吉隆扎普寺庙静处，在火羊年（1967）秋季的吉祥日所书写，善哉！

With a devout heart, I pray. From this day until I attain perfect Buddhahood, May I abandon the states of suffering and always attain the states of bliss, May I be rich in the virtues of the heavenly realms and possess the seven noble riches. May I never turn back from the true path. In all my lives, may I meet perfectly qualified lamas, And may I accomplish all that pleases their hearts. May I obtain the meaning of the profound and secret, luminous Vajra Essence, Complete and without deficiency. May I not engage in non-virtuous actions for even a moment, And may I spend my days and nights practicing the Dharma, Completing all the grounds, paths, and levels of heat in one lifetime. May the benefit of myself and others be effortlessly and spontaneously accomplished. May I realize the ultimate nature of Trekchö's view, And may I exhaust the practice of Tögal's direct perception. May I accomplish great benefit for beings through pure conduct, And may I attain the supreme state of no-more-learning in this very life. May I realize the primordial nature of all dharmas, free from elaboration, Transcending limits and karma, the supreme pinnacle of the nine vehicles, The luminous Great Perfection, beyond the reach of the mind. May my manifest, tangible body dissolve into a body of light. May I be free from the artificiality of conceptual thoughts, And may I directly realize the nature of reality, free from all mental constructs. May the path of appearances, signs, and meanings be inseparable, And may the realization of Ati, free from contention, be manifest. May I always have faith in the law of cause and effect, And may I gain confidence in the view that transcends cause and effect. May I never violate the secret mantra vows, And may I always abide in the great, primordial, protective, and non-elaborate bliss. May I not be attached to the deceptions of this life, But enter the supreme path of definitive secret and unsurpassed wisdom, Becoming the great sovereign who accomplishes the benefit of myself and others. May I attain the supreme state of the three kayas of the Buddhas. In all my lifetimes, may I always obtain the meaning of the profound and secret Great Perfection, May I have power and wealth, and may I greatly benefit the Dharma and beings. May I possess the seven noble riches, and may my lineage of disciples flourish. May all beings attain enlightenment in one mandala. This prayer of the Great Perfection Khandro Nyingthig was written by Lhawan Tsewang Norbu of Kathok in Dokham, south of Mangyul Kyidrong Trakphu Choling retreat, on an auspicious day in the autumn of the Fire Sheep year (1967), at the urging of Tsering Donden, like Chakdruk Depa, a fortunate person with unwavering faith in the definitive secret Great Perfection, or Kunzang Ngedön Rangdrol Wangpo, who is extremely diligent in pure deeds. May it be virtuous!
