Homage to the Lotus-born! The root of samsara is the nature of ignorance, Tormented by the suffering of clinging to self, The great roar of the lion of selflessness and emptiness, Homage to the Buddha Padmasambhava! Emptiness praised as the antidote to self, Selflessness in order to destroy the emptiness aimed at there, The essence of the Dharma realm, the ultimate supreme self, Homage to the Buddha Padmasambhava! Abandoning attachment to external objects, appearances are stable in the mind, It is completely said to be empty in order to destroy the clinging to the mind, The union of emptiness to prevent both, Homage to the Buddha Padmasambhava! The nature of cessation is peaceful and abiding, The essence of self-awareness and self-illumination, The union of stillness and insight is primordial wisdom, Homage to the Buddha Padmasambhava! The essence of abiding is that the ground is not established, The movement is not moved by discrimination, Abiding and moving are not focused on anywhere, Homage to the Buddha Padmasambhava! Saying that awareness is clinging to the meaning of the name, Abandoning all forms of name in meaning, The face of non-acceptance of the indestructible nature, Homage to the Buddha Padmasambhava! Skandhas, realms, and sense fields, the basis of abandonment is different, The departed fathers and mothers, bodhisattvas and bodhisattvas, Mandalas and wheels create infinite manifestations, Homage to the Buddha Padmasambhava! Formless, clear form, light of signs and examples, Selfless emptiness, free from conceptual elaboration, Knowable, all-pervasive, profound, clear, and inseparable, Homage to the Buddha Padmasambhava! Having destroyed all the demons of defilement and change, Immaculate and unchanging, the Bhagavan of Great Bliss, Indivisible, all-pervading, the sole victor, Homage to the Buddha Padmasambhava! Thus, the general glory of all samsara and nirvana, The nature of all that is stable and moving, Become the protector and essence of all sentient beings, The source of all Buddhas of the Three Bodies, The beginningless and endless ocean of samsara and nirvana, In the center of the blooming lotus of consciousness, The essence of all qualities arising, awareness, Always abiding in the nature of unchanging great bliss, The king of all Buddhas, the reality of all, Compassion and power are wonderful and extraordinary, Mahaguru Padmasambhava, The supreme teacher of all gods and humans, With great reverence in my three doors, Joining palms on the crown of my head, with the mind, The nature of dust-like body and clothes is equal, I prostrate, prostrate, and bow down,

Blessings like the waxing immaculate moon. I offer my body, possessions, wealth, power, life, and the accumulation of merit and wisdom, in every way, to the supreme Lama, in a state of selflessness, please accept them. The nature of obscurations is primordially unestablished, but due to the power of sudden thoughts, whatever sins and non-virtues have been accumulated, may they be purified in the state of confession and equal taste. The naturally arising, uncompounded virtue, and the virtue of compounded actions deceived by consciousness, through compounded and uncompounded, the two Kayas, I rejoice in accomplishing wisdom. The lineage of the Buddhas' speech is never broken. Speech and non-speech are devoid of elaboration, yet they never remain indifferent or negligent. For those who can be guided by what is visible, the wheel of Dharma, inconceivable and in accordance with their inclinations, I pray that it may always be turned. The Buddhas never depart or remain, yet they have transcended impermanent, compounded phenomena. Yet, they are constant and stable, adapting to the minds of children. I pray that they do not enter into Nirvana. In the true meaning, there is no clinging to the three circles. But as long as conceptual thoughts arise, accumulating merit and the paths and grounds of the noble ones, the fruits of the two accumulations of vast conduct, the ocean of Bodhicitta, immeasurable and boundless, whatever prayers are made in the great ocean of the Mahayana, may all the oceans of goodness be accomplished as they are. May all the boundless activities of the ocean of Buddhas be dedicated to the cause of being accomplished in this very life. Having quickly attained the ultimate of the ten powers, may I become a treasure that fulfills the wishes of all sentient beings. In the bliss of wish-fulfillment, I enjoy only a single portion. Manjushri and other powerful Bodhisattvas, Saraswati and other countless female deities, those who have attained the power of vast prayers, vast as the ocean, I pray that I may quickly accomplish them all. Thus, to the Buddha Padmasambhava, through the merit of the seven branches of praise and offering, may I be embraced by Padma-kara in all my lives, and become the supreme Mahayana. The harmonious application of all the definitive meaning Dharma wheels, the essence of the teachings, the most profound yoga, may it become the cause of being extremely clear. From the innermost secret Vajra essence, may all beings, in the most supreme one who can ripen and liberate, the chariot that is well-established for traversing the great Bodhi, be victorious over the four directions of the four Maras, may the spontaneously accomplished assembly of Vidyadhara lords be accomplished. The boundless activities of other Buddhas, vast
