Herein lies the continuous sound of the ocean of Mahayana treatises, the essence of definitive tenets, the seven-branch praise in terms of meaning, called "The Precious Treasure." Om Guru Padma Siddhi Hung Hri (Tibetan: གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुरु पद्म सिद्धि हुं ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: guru padma siddhi hūṃ hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Guru Padma Accomplishment Hung Hri)! You are the essence of all the victorious ones, the Vajra of Speech, the Lord of Limitless Light, the chief of the vast mandala ocean, I prostrate to the Buddha Padmasambhava. From the very beginning, the Dharmadhatu is perfectly accomplished, the Sugata-garbha is free from birth, cessation, and abiding, the all-pervading Samantabhadra is the essence of the nature body, I prostrate to the Buddha Padmasambhava. The essence of wisdom that transcends subtle particles, the wisdom body is like a mirror, the skill to distinguish and accomplish is complete without confusion, I prostrate to the Buddha Padmasambhava. The vast wisdom of the equality of all dharmas, not different, free from oneness, beyond intellect, free from elaboration, the indivisible bindu, I prostrate to the Buddha Padmasambhava. You always appear in samsara, and you always abide peacefully in the realm of peace, the nature that pervades all of samsara and peace, I prostrate to the Buddha Padmasambhava. Although abiding in samsara, there is no fault of samsara, although attaining nirvana, you do not sleep in peace, the essence of all stainless victorious ones, I prostrate to the Buddha Padmasambhava. You never fall into the extreme of permanence, free from the acceptance of emptiness and selflessness, always abiding in a state of non-conceptuality, I prostrate to the Buddha Padmasambhava. You do not abide in any of the two extremes, nor are you fixated on the middle way, beyond speech, thought, and expression, transcending birth and cessation, I prostrate to the Buddha Padmasambhava. You abide alone, yet appear in all forms, the essence of inconceivable wisdom, I prostrate to the Buddha Padmasambhava. You are the essence of all Buddhas, the power of the sons of all Buddhas, the father who gives rise to all Buddhas, I prostrate to the Buddha Padmasambhava. You are the emanation of all the victorious ones, having become the basis of emanation for all the victorious ones, you empower all the victorious ones, I prostrate to the Buddha Padmasambhava. From before all of samsara and nirvana, perfectly accomplished and abiding in the midst of samsara and nirvana, abiding at the end of samsara and nirvana, without the three times, without time, I prostrate to the Buddha Padmasambhava. Abiding in the essence of no samsara and no nirvana.
