I weep! Here it is said that if it is kept in the heart, one will surely obtain the fruit of happiness. There is no certainty when death will come, without thinking about it in the mind, spending time idly wandering, one will surely deceive one's future destiny. Looking at those who are heartless and have lost the teachings, one feels ashamed from the bottom of one's heart. Engaging in unnecessary actions, one feels regret after doing them. Knowing the Lord of Death, the Demon, one's heart trembles intentionally. The inherent flaws of compounded phenomena will soon be revealed. Alas, how pitiful! Seek the Dharma of death from the bottom of your heart. When will the changes of time be seen as a spur? In a solitary place of practice, one should take a firm stand. That crazy yogi who speaks like that, not remembering death, all of birth, death, and the bardo, are like illusory appearances. A dilapidated house without support, yet dwelling in self-satisfied comfort. Where to go, having a definite goal? In Sukhavati! All connections are meaningful, on the path of liberation! If you do not have such confidence, then meditate from the bottom of your heart. Alas, what shall I do? How will the future change? Reflecting on meaningless actions, strive to make them meaningful. This is the song sung by the Vidyadhara for the teachers and students of Dolma Ba, may it be virtuous! The Song of the Immortal Youth Om Swasti! Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ svasti, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Auspicious!). Due to the flourishing warmth of the immortal youth, on the tree of the spring goddess full of desire, the cuckoo of the mind sings "Satak," again and again, this is truly amazing. All phenomena are the self-radiance of the Dharmakaya, when everything that appears is the self-power of awareness, attachment and clinging dissolve into the realm of great bliss, and all arising afflictions become companions of wisdom. If one does not understand such a view, merely with gentle behavior, wearing the clothes of shame, striving to pretend to be chaste, and thinking that it is the foundation of all paths to liberation, it is in vain. If true wisdom has not arisen in the continuum, what is the use of decorating the body with silk and satin? If it does not become a companion of unchanging bliss, the union of monks and nuns only deceives the Buddhas. Therefore, look up with the eyes of faith, at this time when it is difficult to obtain the leisure and fortune of human life, in order to cross the difficult-to-cross ocean of samsara, take the pure vows of discipline as a great ship. Thus, with words of loving instruction from the bottom of my heart, in the midst of a gathering of many young women, for those who constantly engage in the act of uninhibited embrace, the Vidyadhara Tshewang Norbu sang this song.

Sarwa Mangalam! An Instruction: All-Pervading Great Bliss Om Swasti! The very essence of all-pervading great bliss, The Dharmakaya, the nature of Samantabhadra, The supreme guide who reveals the nature of self-awareness, May the root guru grant you auspiciousness! You are not seduced by the beauty of the heavens, Your wisdom, knowing both systems, is as vast as lotus petals, If you are not confused about what to accept and reject, Then what advice can I give you? However, since I am urged by the words of the great, The yogi, so as not to disappoint, Writes a small part as naturally as water flows, Praying with a virtuous mind, there is no fault. Definitive goodness, the ultimate aspiration, is the sacred Dharma, Higher realms, the path to heaven, are also its foundation. The most sacred of the sacred ones, Repeatedly teach that the two must be combined, Be sure to deeply imprint this meaning in your heart. In this world, a body difficult to find, A human body complete with eighteen freedoms and advantages, Knowing that obtaining this is extremely rare, Then strive for pure white virtue, do not let it be in vain. Ah Ho Ye, if you ask what this place is, It is the great sacred place of Guru Rinpoche, The forest valley, It is the mandala where dakinis and deities gather, It is the realm of the pure land of the sky-goers. If you ask who the lama is, He is the son of the lineage of vidyadharas with nine qualities, Whoever connects with him has meaning, the compassionate one, He is the vidyadhara Tsewang Norbu. If you ask who I am, I have abandoned my homeland in this life behind me, I am the Dharma son of the lama with the named qualities, I am the yogi who has made the freedoms and advantages meaningful. If you ask what Dharma I practice, It is the essence of all the sutras, tantras, and pith instructions, It is the supreme view of the three turnings of the Dharma wheel, It is the glorious clear light vajra essence. If you ask what your view is, I am the view of the great perfection that is free from extremes, The pinnacle that transcends the mind and Dharma of the eight vehicles, It is the intention of uncontrived, primordial purity, spontaneously accomplished. If you ask what your meditation is, The mind abides in equanimity, free from the elaborations of the three times, Whatever path arises, there is no acceptance or rejection, My meditation is the great seal. If you ask what your conduct is, Outwardly, I practice pure conduct like the Vinaya, Inwardly, I practice secret mantra like a yogi, Secret, realized, conduct beyond the mind. If you ask what your fruit is, I am the fruit of the Dharmakaya for my own benefit, For the benefit of others, I display the dance of the Rupakaya, It is the ultimate fruit of the glorious two bodies.
