If you contract too much inward, sleepiness and dullness will arise. Therefore, you must know how to relax your senses and listen attentively. Listening with boredom means that if you are suffering from hunger, thirst, sun, rain, etc., when the Dharma session is too long, there is a great risk of abandoning the Dharma and the Guru. Therefore, before accumulating the sin of abandoning the Dharma, you should pray to meet the Dharma and the Guru, and then leave the Dharma assembly. Alternatively, generate joy and think: I have wasted my previous meaningless life. Now, for the sake of this sacred Dharma, endure sickness, hunger, thirst, etc., and listen by cutting off the sickness and heat of all sentient beings. Many evil deeds from other Buddha-fields to the Vajra Hell, just by having a headache in this Saha world of our Teacher, the land of karma, can exhaust immeasurable evil deeds and complete immeasurable accumulations, so you should listen with joy and happiness. The third of the five non-graspings is: dividing the precious teachings of the Buddhas' scriptures and realizations and grasping them separately. The first is not thinking about the meaning, but grasping the pleasant and beautiful stories, or saying that the entanglement of words must be cut off, and thus grasping the meaningless string of words. The second is that the words spoken by those who claim to be Nyingma practitioners are just the taste of words. They think that they must understand this nature of mind, point their fingers at their chests, not look at the words, but think that they can directly grasp the naked meaning. The antidote to both of these is that you must grasp the words and meanings in a connected way. The third is grasping due to misunderstanding: taking the provisional meaning as the definitive meaning, taking the hidden meaning as the inverted meaning, and reversing the four reliances. The antidote to this is not to rely on the person but to rely on the Dharma. Even if someone is very famous, if his teachings do not conform to the path of cause and effect and the Great Vehicle, then that person is of no benefit. If the Dharma is in accordance with the Great Vehicle, then that person is also like that, so rely on the Dharma. Do not rely on the words of the Dharma, but rely on the meaning. In meaning, rely on the definitive meaning rather than the provisional meaning. In the definitive meaning, rely on the wisdom that is distinguished by the division of consciousness and wisdom. The fourth is to grasp wrongly, that is, to understand the meaning wrongly. Therefore, once you have received the teachings of Tantra, you think that you can freely engage in practices such as drinking alcohol and union

That's the idea. Its antidote is that behavior must be related to timing. When the warmth of samadhi is obtained, and reciting the three syllables can change the color, smell, and taste of alcohol, then behavior should be practiced in accordance with obtaining the warmth of being able to kill with behavior and revive with views, and so on. If you don't understand this and don't realize the hidden secrets, and recklessly practice the hidden secrets, there is no other place to go except to become like demons and rakshas. The fifth is to hold things upside down, teaching and listening to the main practice before requesting the preliminaries. For the preliminaries, the common outer and inner preliminaries are held in reverse order. Its antidote is that the teachings of the complete Buddha should be held in an orderly manner, like the rungs of a ladder. Second, in terms of the conduct to be adopted, relying on the four applications of mindfulness, one should generate the mindfulness of a sick person towards oneself, and one must recognize one's own faults, which are afflicted by the disease of the three poisons as the cause and the three sufferings as the result in one's own mind. The others are easy to understand. Among the six listeners and six speakers of the six perfections, the first six are actual. The six of the speaker are: explaining without expecting gain, praise, or fame is generosity; not satirizing or belittling others is morality; not getting angry when asked repeatedly is patience; not getting tired of teaching the Dharma day and night is diligence; focusing the mind on the meaning of the words is meditation; purifying the three spheres and causing students to generate learning and contemplation is wisdom. The others are easy to understand. Second, the order of the Dharma to be taught is the difficulty of obtaining leisure and endowment, etc., which are six. The term Dharma, as mentioned above, also means that this Dharma must tame one's own mind, not by hair or by a staff. Therefore, one must repeatedly contemplate leisure and endowment, etc., in one's own mind. First, there are four types of Dharma that turn the mind away, or four types of Dharma that renounce attachment, or four types of Dharma that lead to renunciation, which are synonyms. First, the difficulty of obtaining leisure and endowment and the impermanence of life must turn the mind away from this life. The Four Hundred Verses says: If you are attached to this life, you are not a practitioner. Therefore, this leisure and endowment is difficult to obtain. So it is said, repeatedly thinking about how difficult it is to obtain is like the udumbara flower. Obtaining it is of great significance, like a wish-fulfilling jewel. Just as the boundary between going up and going down is controlled by the horse's bit, so is this present body.
