They arrived at an empty village and asked a beautiful maiden named Metok Tuwa about the situation. The maiden said, 'I am the king's daughter. In this village, about sixty yakshas have killed all the people and livestock, leaving only me, the unfortunate one, to serve them. So you must be careful when the yakshas come.' The prince also told her about his own experiences. That girl was very fond of the prince and said that she wanted to be taken as his wife, and the prince agreed. Then, when the yakshas came, the prince put on his armor, took up his bow and arrows, and without abandoning his compassionate heart, engaged in battle with the yakshas. By the power of his merit, the arrows shot by the yakshas with great force did not harm him, but the arrows he shot pierced the bodies of the yakshas, and blood flowed. Although they fought for a long time, his arrows did not run out. Finally, most of the yakshas were killed, and the remaining yakshas paid homage to the prince, requesting him to put down his bow and arrows, and offered to show him the treasures, so they presented many treasures. From then on, the prince's fame spread greatly, and that place became prosperous, and people from other places also came there. The prince's fame grew greatly.

Having heard the sound of the Buddha, the huge fish-eating crocodile closed its mouth, and all the merchants were safely rescued, and out of faith in the Buddha, they renounced and became Arhats. That huge fish-eating crocodile died, and its corpse was thrown by the Nagas to the other side of the ocean. It was reborn in Shravasti as the son of a Brahmin named Sumantu, who could not be satisfied no matter how much food he ate, and later renounced. The Blessed One took him to see the bones of the former fish-eating crocodile, and he felt disgusted. The Blessed One taught him the Dharma, and he attained Arhatship, and was named Dharma-politics. ༈ Again, in a city called Golden City in the past, when the Blessed One was born as the son of King Cloud-top, he was renowned for his handsome appearance and extraordinary qualities, and was known as Cloud-chariot, the lord of knowledge holders. The father king entrusted the kingdom to his son, and he himself went to the Malaya forest with his queen. At that time, Cloud-chariot, separated from his father, the guru, thought, what is the use of this great kingdom and wealth? So he abandoned the kingdom and went to his father's abode and stayed there. One day, when the prince went to a place decorated with auspicious mountain peaks, delightful with the spring season, he saw a very charming girl in a golden palace, offering to a statue of the goddess Garima made of jewels, and singing with music. Cloud-chariot was immediately amazed by her, and the girl also saw Cloud-chariot, due to the habits of five lifetimes.

Her heart went forth, attached to Cloud Rider. There, Cloud Rider also thought, 'The beautiful woman has gone forth, attached to me,' and repeatedly picturing her form in his mind, he was distressed. When his friends asked about his condition, he spoke of how the attachment born from newly seeing the girl Malaya Kana had robbed him of his steadfastness. The young Gandharvas comforted him, saying, 'That girl is in your hands; your father has asked for her hand and is preparing to give her to you as a bride, so tomorrow you will obtain that wish.' He happily awaited the coming of night and returned to his abode. There, the girl Malaya Kana, at night, though dwelling in a palace where the moonlight shone, lotuses bloomed, and cool breezes touched, lost sleep, thinking of Cloud Rider in her mind. That night also seemed as long as a hundred years. After that night had passed, when the sunlight shone, that girl also prepared to celebrate the wedding feast, adorned with ornaments. There, Cloud Rider, who received offerings from all the world, went to that auspicious land with hundreds of thousands of Vidyadhara attendants. That girl, with a retinue holding whisks, performed the wedding feast according to the ritual, and they mutually enjoyed the joy of holding hands.
