知晓其殊胜发心后，广为如实地宣说了菩萨行，因此获得了名为解脱之陀罗尼，以及五种神通。安住于虚空中，显现变幻出鲜花，散布于如来身上后又降落下来，并以如下偈颂赞叹道： 具足殊胜相好，无垢如月之面容， 身如黄金之色，我向您敬礼。 无尘无垢如您者，三有之中亦无有， 无与伦比大智者，我向您敬礼。 如此等等地赞颂。 在那里，夜晚过去天亮之后，光芒灿烂的国王听到了年轻侍从们的妇女哭泣的声音，便迅速前去询问，她们说：“王子不在了。”国王哭泣着倒下。又起身在整个城市里寻找了成百上千次，城市的守护神对国王说：“王子是为了瞻仰和供养释迦牟尼佛而向东方去了。”国王便与妃嫔眷属以及其他八十四俱胝百千无数的众生一同前往东方，来到如来面前，顶礼膜拜，并以偈颂赞叹，为了无上菩提而发愿。如来知晓国王的殊胜发心后，如是宣说了不退转于无上圆满菩提之法。 之后，福德光芒王子祈请世尊前往自己的城市应供，世尊未发一语，表示应允。王子便与父母一同前往，并对那些妇女们说：“你们应当欢喜！务必装饰喜乐城，使其能够供养如来。”她们随后欢喜地应允了。王子装饰了喜乐城，并将其献给如来，还为如来以及比丘僧团供养了五百种美味佳肴。为了所有那些比丘，用七宝建造了饰有珍宝的殿堂，上方悬挂着珍宝网的帷幔，左右装饰着鲜花树木，以白色莲花池点缀，装饰着百千种丝绸。

Knowing his excellent intention, he extensively and accurately taught the practice of a Bodhisattva, thereby obtaining the Dharani called Liberation, and also the five supernormal knowledges. Abiding in the sky, he manifested flowers and scattered them upon the Tathagata, and then they fell back down. He praised him with verses such as: Possessing excellent marks, a face immaculate like the moon, Your body is like the color of gold, I prostrate to you. Free from dust, like you there is none in the three realms, Unmatched, greatly wise, I prostrate to you. There, after the night had passed and dawn had broken, King Radiant Light heard the sound of the young attendants' women weeping, and he quickly went and asked. They said, "The prince is not here." The king wept and fell down. He rose again and searched throughout the city hundreds and thousands of times. Then the city deity said to the king, "The prince has gone to the east to behold and worship the Buddha Shakyamuni." The king, together with his retinue of consorts and other eighty-four kotis of hundreds of thousands of billions of beings, went to the east to the Tathagata, prostrated, praised him with verses, and made aspirations for unsurpassed enlightenment. The Tathagata, knowing the king's excellent intention, thus taught the Dharma of non-retrogression from unsurpassed perfect enlightenment. Then, Prince Sonam Ozer requested the Bhagavan to accept a meal in his city. The Bhagavan granted it by remaining silent. The prince then went together with his parents and said to those women, "You should rejoice! Be sure to decorate the city of Delight so that it can be offered to the Tathagata." They replied with joy. The prince decorated the city of Delight and offered it to the Tathagata, and he also offered five hundred delicious foods to the Tathagata and the Sangha of monks. For all those monks, he constructed a jeweled temple adorned with seven precious substances, with a canopy of jeweled nets hanging above, decorated with flower trees on the right and left, beautified with a pond of white lotuses, and adorned with hundreds of thousands of silk cloths.

I prepared a spotless bed, and whatever flawless clothes were given to each monk, they were not given again the next day. In this way, different clothes were given each day, and for three million decades, drowsiness and sleep were abandoned. Other thoughts besides offering to the Buddha were abandoned. At that time, no thoughts of desire, malice, or harm arose. There was no delight in kingship, and even life and limb were not considered, so what need to mention other possessions? In such a manner, he served with reverence, and during those times, everything the Bhagavan said was grasped at once, and no second question was asked. In the meantime, there was no bathing or washing of the body, and no thought of fatigue was generated. Except for eating and relieving oneself, he never sat down. When the Tathagata passed into nirvana, the relics were cremated with red sandalwood, and for a hundred thousand years in that direction, all the offerings of flowers, incense, garlands, and music of Jambudvipa were made to the relics. Later, eighty-four billion stupas were built, and those stupas were covered with nets of the seven precious substances and hung with canopies of pearls. Five hundred umbrellas of the seven precious substances were offered to each stupa. There were hundreds of thousands of cymbals and hundreds of thousands of butter lamps, and a thousand butter lamps made of sixty-four kinds of incense, and offerings were made with all kinds of incense, garlands, and unguents. Flower trees and groves were created in the surrounding areas, and offerings were made in this way for millions of years. Then he renounced and became a monk with the three robes, always practicing alms-begging, always sitting upright and never lying down, and never being overcome by drowsiness or sleep. Then, with a mind free from defilement, he gave the gift of Dharma for four million decades, and he did not expect even a single word of "You are better than others," let alone gain and honor. He did not become weary from expounding or listening to the Dharma, and the gods also served him. All the people of the country, the retinue of queens, and all the friends also renounced after him. If we honor and serve them, we will feel as if we have served the Three Jewels. Thus, Prince Sonam Ozer is the Buddha, the Bhagavan himself, King Ozerden is the Buddha Amitabha, and the city god is the Tathagata Akshobhya. Thus it was said. 当去往险峻之地时，大象背着猴子，猴子背着兔子，兔子背着水獭。它们这样痛苦地增加，既然有这样的约定，我们暂时先做一些其他的善事再继续吧。怎么做呢？水獭说：应当戒杀生。它们问：那是什么呢？水獭说：谷物、果实、花朵等，有的有生命，有的没有生命，所以我们从今以后应当享用没有生命的。在那之后，不拿取没有给予的东西，从而戒除不予取，戒除对不应行淫者行淫的邪淫，经过考察在适当的时候说真话，从而戒除妄语，对于能使人醉酒的酒也一样。因为有能使人醉的果实，也有不能使人醉的果实，所以从今以后应当戒除能使人醉的果实。像这样安住于五种戒律的基础之上时，水獭说：如果我们安住于五戒之上，也应当让其他众生安住于此。兔子说：应当让所有的兔子，猴子说：应当让所有的猴子，大象说：应当让所有的大象，老虎狮子等都安住于此。水獭说：你们所不能调伏的，无论是无足的，四足的，还是飞禽，所有这些我都将让他们安住于五戒的基础之上。像这样，凡是属于旁生之处的生命，都让他们安住于五戒的基础之上，互不损害，依靠在这种茂密的森林中保持觉知的力量，天神按时降雨，所以谷物、果实和花朵都繁荣生长。人们看到这种情况后，那个地方的国王说：这是我以正法治理国家的力量啊。王妃、王子、大臣和村民等都认为是各自的力量。国王心想：这些人都认为是各自的力量，那么这到底是谁的力量呢？询问占卜者们，他们也不知道。在离波罗奈斯不远的园林中，有一位具有五种神通的仙人，受到所有人的供养。国王到那位仙人那里。

When going to a steep place, the elephant carries the monkey, the monkey carries the rabbit, and the rabbit carries the otter. They increase their suffering in this way, and since there is such an agreement, let us temporarily do some other virtuous deeds before continuing. What should we do? The otter said: We should abstain from killing. They asked: What is that? The otter said: Grains, fruits, flowers, etc., some have life, and some do not have life, so from now on we should enjoy those without life. After that, by not taking what is not given, we abstain from taking what is not given, and we abstain from sexual misconduct by engaging in sexual activity with those with whom it is inappropriate to do so, and by speaking truthfully after examination and at the appropriate time, we abstain from lying, and the same goes for intoxicating alcohol. Because there are fruits that can intoxicate, and there are also fruits that cannot intoxicate, so from now on we should abstain from fruits that can intoxicate. When abiding in the five foundations of discipline in this way, the otter said: If we abide in the five precepts, we should also have other beings abide there. The rabbit said: We should have all the rabbits, the monkey said: We should have all the monkeys, the elephant said: We should have all the elephants, and the tigers and lions should all abide there. The otter said: Whatever you cannot subdue, whether it is footless, four-footed, or birds, I will have all of them abide in the five foundations of discipline. In this way, all the living beings that belong to the animal realm are made to abide in the five foundations of discipline, not harming each other, and by the power of staying consciously in that dense forest, the gods send down rain in due season, so grains, fruits, and flowers flourish. When people saw this situation, the king of that place said: This is the power of my ruling the country according to the Dharma. The queen, the prince, the ministers, and the villagers all thought it was their own power. The king thought: Since all these people think it is their own power, then whose power is it really? He asked the diviners, but they did not know. In a garden not far from Varanasi, there was a sage with five kinds of clairvoyance, who was worshiped by everyone. The king went to that sage.

之后，（国王）这样说道：在我的国家里，所有数量众多的众生都互相不伤害，并且在知晓（此理）的情况下安住。诸神在应时降雨，使得植物和庄稼都繁荣生长。我心想，这一定是我如法治理国政的力量。如果王后等城镇的人们都认为是各自的力量，那么这到底是谁的力量呢？ 仙人说道：这不是国王您的力量，也不是王后和年轻人等任何人的力量，而是因为在您的国家里有四种众生，那是它们的力量。 国王说道：我想看看那些（众生）。 仙人说道：看那些做什么呢？您应该行持它们已经正确受持并实践的（行为）。 （国王问：）那是什么呢？（仙人答：）是五种戒律的基础。 （国王问：）那又是什么呢？（仙人答：）是开示了断杀生等五戒。 之后，国王心想：我应当受持五种戒律的基础。这样实践之后，从王后和年轻人开始，直到所有国民，都受持了五种戒律的基础。 具梵天国王听到眷属们受持了五种戒律的基础，所有边境小国的国王也都照此实行。因此，几乎整个赡部洲的人们都受持了五种戒律的基础。在那里，赡部洲的人们在临终时都转生到了三十三天。 那时，帝释天对诸天眷属说道： “怀着恭敬和敬畏之心， 居住在苦行园林中的， 高贵的焚行者所行的梵行， 在各个世界中得到广泛宣扬。” 世尊自己成为菩萨时，那时成为了高贵的焚行者。 （佛陀说）兔子是比丘舍利子，猴子是目犍连之子，大象是阿难陀。菩萨即使转生为旁生，也会安住于自己和他人的戒律学处，更何况是转生为天人和人呢。 又，过去当帝释天转生时，非天的大军来袭，诸天与他们交战时，诸天战败，在撤退的路上，（看到）树木沙罗树……
