Power belongs to the blood lord! The empowerment to subdue the hosts of demons like the sun and moon in activity is bestowed upon you, the supreme son of the lineage. The sound of "Hūṃ" is emitted, the head of a pig and hoof. Or, the ten wrathful ones manifest and play with three faces and six arms. Therefore, the ten wrathful ones have one face and two arms, or three faces and six arms, and the choice of whether or not to devour. Smarala believes that there is no devouring, and follows the ten wrathful ones with one face and two arms. Here, the faces and arms are either expanded or condensed, so it doesn't matter how it is done, but devouring is definitely necessary. In the Heruka Samputa Tantra, it says: Vajra fire mountain holds water in hand, the outer ten wrathful ones are father and mother, twenty subtle ones also emanate, hundreds of thousands of kotis and billions. And, in greatly explaining the meaning of empowerment, it is said that other deity empowerments besides the vidyādhara guru have five hundred and eighty-three peaceful and wrathful deities here. For this, in the guiding activity ritual, forty-two Vajrakīla deities must be recited. Therefore, I see the side with devouring as pure, so I supplement it here. Homage! By the power of the truth of all the Tathāgatas of the ten directions and four times, to you, fortunate vidyādhara, the mandala of the Dharmakāya completion of the Great Supreme Father and Mother, the seventy-eight root mandalas of the blood drinkers, the four hundred and sixty-three mandalas of the wrathful attendants and emanations, by the empowerment of the hand seals, all conceptualizations are purified into the Dharmadhātu, and realization as the body and wisdom of the Great Glorious One, beings clinging to the extremes of dualistic grasping, are liberated at once by the supreme empowerment. Thus, the deity empowerment of benefit is completed. Now, the empowerment of the vidyādharas of the Vajradhara mandala, known as the guru empowerment, is bestowed. In general, whether it is the root tantra or the lineage of the complete tantra, it descended upon Ro Lang Deva, and thereafter became one. Even so, Anu divided the generation and completion into three parts, and explained Maha and Ati as being similar to the paths of those two vehicles. Therefore, many transmissions of such blessings also descended upon Nubchen, so the lineage of the guru, which is divided into three parts of generation and completion within the tantra itself, is transmitted from one to another in order.
