On the eastern spoke is Buddha Heruka, whose body and root face are dark purplish-black. The right face is white, and the left face is yellow, with three faces. Of the six hands, the first two hold a wheel and a bell, the second pair hold a vajra and a blood-filled conch, and the last hold a field staff and a trident. The consort Buddha Krodhīśvarī is dark purplish-black and united with him. OM RATNA MAHĀ ŚRĪ HERUKA MAHĀ CAṆḌA SARVA DUṢṬAṆḌA KA HANA DAHA PACA HŪṂ HŪṂ HŪṂ PHAṬ. OM MAHĀ SŪRYA RATNA MAHĀ KRODHĪŚVARĪ VIDAM HŪṂ PHAṬ. On the southern spoke is Ratna Heruka, whose body and root face are yellowish-black. The right face is grey, and the left face is red, with three faces. Of the six hands, the first two hold a jewel and a bell, the second pair hold a vajra and a blood-filled conch, and the last hold a field staff and an enemy sword. The consort Ratna Krodhīśvarī is yellow and united with him. OM PADMA MAHĀ ŚRĪ HERUKA MAHĀ CAṆḌA SARVA DUṢṬAṆḌA KA HANA DAHA PACA HŪṂ HŪṂ HŪṂ PHAṬ. OM HRĪ ŚŪTA SAMATA PADMA MAHĀ KRODHĪŚVARI KHĀHI HŪṂ PHAṬ. On the western spoke is Padma Heruka, whose body and root face are reddish-black. The right face is white, and the left face is yellow, with three faces. Of the six hands, the first two hold a lotus and a bell, the second pair hold a vajra and a blood-filled conch, and the last hold a field staff and a small hand drum. The consort Padma Krodhīśvarī is red and united with him. OM KARMA HĀ ŚRĪ HERUKA MAHĀ CAṆḌA SARVA DUṢṬAṆḌA KA HANA DAHA PACA HŪṂ HŪṂ HŪṂ PHAṬ.

Of the six hands, the first two hold a crossed vajra and a bell, the second hold a vajra and a blood conch, and the last hold a field staff and a plow. The consort Karma Krodhi Shvari Ma is green and united with him. All the blood-drinking fathers and mothers are graceful with the nine dances, and their ornaments and attire are in accordance with the main deity. They sit on their respective seats in a right-extended posture. By saying "Phet Dza," on the four corners and four sides of the wheel: Om Vajra Garih. In the southeast of the spoke side is Garima, dark blue, holding a field staff in her right hand and a red skull cup in her left. Om Vajra Tsarih. In the southwest is Tsarima, yellow, drawing a bow and arrow. Om Vajra Pramohe Ha. In the northwest is Pramoha, red, raising the banner of Makara. Om Vajra Betalih.
