And, all the sons of the gods of Tushita, and all the sons of the gods of the Thirty-Three Heavens, such as Indra, the lord of the gods, and the sons of the gods, such as the Immaculate Jewel Essence, said this: This powerful dharani mantra is like a wish-fulfilling jewel, difficult to see and hear. Bhagavan, we will gather together and in the future, we will hold this wish-fulfilling jewel. We will expand it. We will proclaim it to all sentient beings. For the sake of the great sentient being who holds this, we will follow like a shadow, constantly protecting, saving, and hiding it without interruption. We will completely nurture it as if it were our own child. After making this request, the Bhagavan also said: Friends, well done! Do it that way! I have entrusted this king of vidya-mantras, the wish-fulfilling jewel, to you. After granting this, all the other noble Dharma protectors also said: We will not allow the people of evil times, those whose thoughts and actions are base, and whose rituals are not performed properly and are ineffective, to control this mantra. We will regard the words of the Teacher, the Bhagavan, as the standard, and we will mainly focus on fulfilling our respective great vows. By the power of the truth of the Three Jewels, and the inconceivable power and strength of the dharanis, we gather here and completely protect all the rituals of the sutras and dharanis. As you have said, please bless so-and-so and all others to immediately obtain all the benefits. In any case, please manifest its power and benefits in a way that the inconceivable body of the Three Jewels, and the Sangha of each of us who uphold the Dharma, are not defiled and are not slandered by the world. After that, as requested, the noble ones perform their actions, revealing the truth for the benefit of beings, and dedicating their minds: By the truth of the Three Jewels, and the power and blessings of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the pure and inconceivable power of the Dharmadhatu, and the body, speech, and mind of the noble ones.

By the power of the unwavering truth of the vows of those whose minds are free from impure conduct, may the wisdom mantra queen, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, establish one hundred and eight stupas of the Dharma body. In this mandala of the palace adorned with a sea of offering clouds arising from the aspiration prayers of excellent conduct, may the Tathagatas of the ten directions and their retinues, and all the Dharma protectors, gather together and accept the offerings. May the Dharani of the immaculate crown of light, which enters through all doors, and the stupas of the Dharma body be blessed accordingly. May the profound and vast Sutra Dharanis be completely fulfilled according to their respective rituals, and may immeasurable benefits be accomplished for so-and-so and many other beings. May the letters of the wisdom mantra queen, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, reside in a golden chain on the stupa of the Dharma body. May various rays of light emanate from the body, speech, and mind of the noble ones, pervading all worlds. By touching the bodies of the noble ones, may they be liberated from the two obscurations, and may their realization increase further and further, obtaining immeasurable power to benefit beings, and may they be urged to benefit sentient beings. By touching the bodies of all sentient beings of the five realms, may the suffering and all the obscurations of all those beings be immediately pacified, and may they be filled with happiness. Seeing the assembly of noble ones in the mass of light, may they be grateful, generate faith, take refuge, generate the mind of enlightenment, be liberated from the states of misery, and enter the path of the noble ones. May this light pervade us Sangha, so that we too may obtain unobstructed power to accomplish immeasurable benefits for beings, and may our body, speech, and mind become equal to those of the Tathagatas. Furthermore, may all those rays of light gather together and pervade the vase of mantra water, so that by merely touching it, all harm, inauspiciousness, and discomfort may be pacified, and may it become a nectar purifier that increases glory and well-being. May this light pervade the body, retinue, and all possessions of so-and-so,

May ignorance and all harm be dispelled and pacified, may body and mind be free from all defilements and faults, may they be as hard and stable as a vajra, and may they become suitable vessels for the Dharma. Furthermore, through various skillful means such as establishing the true nature of the Dharma, may all the noble ones completely accomplish the benefit of all beings without exception. May the noble ones bless the few mental objects we Sangha generate and the few dharani syllables we recite, with various samadhi doors and infinite syllables, completely, purely. Thus, repeat three times. Again, by the power of the truth of the Three Jewels and the power and blessings of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the power of the pure and inconceivable realm of Dharma, and the unwavering truth of the vows of the noble ones, whose actions of body, speech, and mind are without impurity, may it be so. Repeat this three times. Invoking the intention of the noble ones, recite the Dharani Sutra, which serves as the basis, twenty-one times. After that, generate firm faith that the noble ones have granted permission and are performing activities, and visualize and contemplate vividly as offered in truth. Then, visualizing rays of light spreading and pervading the sick person and the dharani water, recite the Dharani Sutra once. Recite both dharanis one hundred and eight times, and those who recite place the sick person in a place where the assembly of noble ones is visibly gathered, and brush them with five peacock feathers. Then, have the sick person make offerings from the four directions, generate the mind of enlightenment, and offer prayers, paying homage with reverence to all the supreme and unsurpassed jewels, including the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, who abides in the ten directions and three times, as well as the sacred Dharma, Bodhisattvas, Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and the Sangha. Sapo, Evil Eye, Kubera, Shangpa, All-Pervading, Great自在, all the sons of the gods in Tushita Heaven, Indra, the lord of the gods, the sons of the gods of the Thirty-three Heavens, the son of the gods, Jewel Heart Immaculate, and so on. The Dharani that clearly sees the essence and vows of all Tathagatas, such as the Immaculate Light Crown that enters the gate from all the holy ones, and those who especially take as their emblem the protection and preservation of beings based on it. Furthermore, in the past, they were entrusted by the great assembly, and each of them also made a vow with the eternal words of the gods. The holy Dharma protectors who vowed to protect and preserve the holy Dharma and the fourfold retinue. I respectfully prostrate to all the holy beings who dwell in the world and beyond. To all those holy assemblies, offerings of scented water, incense and flowers, food and lamps, music and cymbals, umbrellas and banners, and so on, whatever is actually available, and all the unclaimed divine substances in the ten directions, and all the perfect human enjoyments, and all the clouds of offerings that arise from the aspirations of the excellent conduct generated by the power of mantras and vidyas, and by the power of devotion, filling and offering all that belongs to the Dharma realm that pervades the sky. Recite this three times. Please remember all the holy ones. I, named so-and-so, from the beginningless time until now, have accumulated all the sins and non-virtuous deeds committed by body, speech, and mind against the Buddha, Dharma, Sangha, parents, and other sentient beings, or instigated others to commit, or rejoiced in others' actions. I confess and reveal each and every one of them with unsurpassed repentance before all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. I do not conceal them. I will not do such things again in the future. Recite this three times. Just as the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, rejoice in the unsurpassed merit, so do I, named so-and-so.
