One should not use high and large beds, and similarly, one should not eat untimely food. Fragrances, garlands, and ornaments, as well as dances and songs, etc., should be abandoned. Just as Arhats always do not commit killing and so on, likewise, abandoning killing and so on, may I attain unsurpassed Bodhi. May I liberate all sentient beings who are entangled in much suffering from the ocean of existence. Say this three times. Oṃ amoghaśīla, saṃbhara saṃbhara, bhara bhara, mahāśuddha sattva padma vibhūṣita bhuja, dhara dhara, samanta, avaloki hūṃ phaṭ svāhā. Recite twenty-one times.
