om adhiṣṭhana ātma cīvara svāhā. After reciting this mantra, the robe should be fumigated, sprinkled, and washed three times before wearing it, ensuring it remains free from dust and impurities. Except when sleeping and bathing, the undergarment should not be removed. Subsequently, engage in virtuous activities such as reading scriptures, erecting stupas, and meditating on the six recollections. This is the preliminary ritual for approach. Having completed the preliminary approach in this manner, examine the ground in general and specific terms to determine its suitability. Choose an auspicious time based on the planets and stars, and seven days in advance, as previously instructed. Protect oneself and the location, and fumigate and sprinkle the five products of the cow with the mantra of the wrathful Kilikila, as previously described. Place the right foot on the ground, raise the left foot, and rest the ankle on the right thigh. With the right hand, form the gesture of striking, firmly establishing it with pride. oṃ hulu hulu caṇḍāli mātaṃgi svāhā. This is the mantra mudra that cannot be overcome by others. namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyaḥ sarva mukhebhyaḥ sarva tathāgata dāya avalokita māra vajroṣṇīṣa hūṃ hūṃ prajñā amita mūrti svāhā. Protect with the mantra of the nectar method, and then dig, removing all the thorns of the earth, crushing them finely, and sprinkling them with cow urine. Level the ground like the palm of a hand and smear it with cow urine, starting from the east. Dig a hole in the center and place five grains and five precious jewels inside.

From inviting the deity to reciting, until asking the deity to return, do it for three days, this is the ritual of occupying the mandala ground. Then, sprinkle fragrant water with one hand, and touch the ground with the other. Recite the mantra of all activities and the King of Vidyas, thinking in your mind, "I will draw the mandala in this place," this is the ritual of completely occupying the land. Then, the next day when the sun rises, examine the location of the mandala and the layout of the mandala in your mind, eat clean food, take a bath after sunset, and wear clean clothes. Thoroughly clean the mandala area, and anoint it with cow urine and good fragrance. Sprinkle incense water that has been recited with the King of Vidyas and all activities, and draw dry lines to avoid confusing the positions of the deities. It is said that a twelve-finger-wide mandala should be drawn in the respective positions of the deities, depending on the situation. Recite the essence of the lineage and the mantras of each deity seven times, generating them in that deity. Then, from inviting the deity to reciting, do as follows. If accomplished, also prepare for a fire offering and offer with offerings. Holding an incense burner in the right hand and ringing a bell in the left. Shakya Lion, the Bhagavan, I prostrate to the King of Lineage Mantras. I, with a compassionate heart, for the love of the disciples, and also for the offerings to you, will draw the mandala tomorrow. Bhagavan, I am very respectful, therefore it is appropriate to grant permission. Buddha, the protector of the world, the compassionate one, Bodhisattvas, Arhats, and other secret mantra deities.

Thus, recite three times. After praising with praises, request them to depart. The empowerment vase and the remaining disciples are not needed since empowerment is not being given. The next morning, rising early, having done bathing up to recitation. Perform cleansing and offering with the secret mantra of all actions. A thread spun by a young woman, new, clean, fragrant, comfortable to the touch, of moderate thickness, without unevenness or knots, the five colors of white, red, yellow, green, and black, recite the mantras of all actions and the King of Knowledge. First, wind them separately, then wind them together, reciting the mantra of all actions a hundred times. Offer with offerings such as flowers. In the sky in front, visualize the Three Jewels and all the deities of the mandala, make offerings to the Three Jewels.
