如是作礼后，应当使自己贫乏。于十方无边无际处安住之诸佛与菩萨，我乃至菩提心要之间，于一切时中皆供养，祈请诸佛与大菩萨纳受我，祈请赐予我无上成就。如是说。其后，应当发起菩提心： 诸佛正法贤圣僧，直至菩提我皈依。 为利自他二种义，我发无上菩提心。 于诸十方安住者，诸佛菩萨祈垂听。 为求圆满菩提果，我今发起菩提心。 如是发心后，结拳印，双小指并竖，食指尖端相合如环状，二拇指置于其内的手印。以及 嗡 班匝 卓达 玛哈 巴拉 哈那 达哈 巴匝 贝达瓦那 萨埵 乌楚玛 卓达 吽 啪 (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思)。以此无垢忿怒之咒，守护自身。 其后，观想自身心间月轮上为遍照如来之种子字“玛”，喉间为无量光佛之种子字“芒”，头顶为不动佛之种子字“哈”放光，并有咒鬘围绕。念诵 嗡 梭巴瓦修达 萨瓦达玛 梭巴瓦修多杭 (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思)。如是观想自性清净后，外出进行清洁牙齿等事，以及清扫寺庙等事。大小便和吃饭时，都应以无垢忿怒尊守护。 其后，为了沐浴，前往无人聚集和令人害怕的河岸。双手手指向外交叉弯曲，并拢竖起两食指，两大拇指置于其旁，以此手印触碰干净的地面，念诵 嗡 尼卡那瓦苏迪 梭哈 (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思)。念诵后取水，分成三份，置于干净之处。其后，以拇指按压小指甲，其余手指稍微分开，做成金刚之相，交叉置于臂膀上，以上齿咬住下唇，以忿怒之眼视之，鼓起腮帮子，右腿在前，念诵 纳摩 惹纳 札雅雅 纳玛 强达 班匝 巴纳耶 玛哈 亚恰 塞纳 巴达耶 纳摩 班匝 嘎

Having made prostrations in this way, one should impoverish oneself. To all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions, boundless and limitless, I offer completely at all times until I reach the essence of enlightenment. May the Buddhas and great Bodhisattvas accept me. Please grant me the unsurpassed siddhi. Thus, one should say. Then, one should generate the mind of enlightenment: To the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha supreme, Until enlightenment, I take refuge. For the sake of accomplishing my own and others' benefit, I generate the mind of enlightenment. To the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions, I generate the mind of enlightenment from this day forth, For the sake of perfect enlightenment. Thus, having generated the mind, clench the fist, the two little fingers aligned and raised, the tips of the index fingers joined in a loop, and the two thumbs placed inside, forming the mudra. And Oṃ vajra krodha mahābala hana daha paca bidhvaṃsana sattva ucchuṣma krodha hūṃ phaṭ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning). With this mantra of the immaculate wrathful one, one should protect oneself. Then, in one's own heart, visualize the seed syllable 'ma' of Vairocana on a moon disc, at the throat the seed syllable 'maṃ' of Amitabha, and at the head the seed syllable 'ha' of Akshobhya, blazing with a garland of light. Recite Oṃ svabhāva śuddhāḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho 'haṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning). Having thus contemplated emptiness, go out and perform activities such as cleaning the teeth and sweeping the temple. When urinating, defecating, and eating, one should protect oneself with the immaculate wrathful one. Then, for the sake of bathing, go to a riverbank where there is no gathering of people and no fear. Interlock the fingers of both hands outwards and bend them, align and raise the two index fingers, and place the two thumbs next to them, touching the clean ground with this mudra. Recite Oṃ nikhaṇāvasudhi svāhā (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning). Having recited this, take the water, divide it into three parts, and place it in a clean place. Then, press the fingernail of the little finger with the thumb, separate the remaining fingers slightly, make the form of a vajra, cross them and place them on the arms, bite the lower lip with the upper teeth, look with wrathful eyes, puff out the cheeks, place the right leg forward, and recite Namo ratna trayāya namaḥ caṇḍa vajrapāṇaye mahā yakṣa senāpataye namo vajra ka

Tro Dhaya. Tadyatha. Om Hulu Hulu. Tistha Tistha. Bhandha Bhandha. Hana Hana. Amrite Hum Phat. By this, protect with the mantra of the union of nectar and method. Clench both fists inward, extend the index fingers and raise them. With that, strike from the head down to the feet, reciting: Om Hana Hana Amrite Hum Phat. By this, dispel the obstacles of the body. From the open palms, place the two little fingers crossed, place the two ring fingers together and raise them. Bend the index fingers at their third joint, and join the two thumbs and place them in the center, this is the mudra. Recite: Om Vajra Agne Pradipa Taye Svaha. By this, don the vajra armor, and from that very mudra, extend the two index fingers and make them into the form of a vajra, this is the mudra of the vajra armor. Homage to the Three Jewels. Om Hum Vakili Hum Phat. With this mantra, don the armor on the head, both shoulders, heart, and throat. Then, with the left hand, press the two middle fingers with the thumb, make the index finger and little finger into a ring shape, and insert them into the middle joint of the middle fingers. Make the three middle fingers of the right hand into the form of a vajra and place them on the waist, this is the mudra of dispelling obstacles. Recite: Namo Vajraya Hum Hana Huna Matha Bidhvana Saya Utpadaya Phat. By this mantra, dispel obstacles and recite the mantra. Homage to the Three Jewels. Homage to the Wrathful Vajrapani. Maha Yaksha Senapati. Om Hana Hana Vajra Vajra Naha. Recite this mantra over water. Then, with the thumb of the left hand, press the nail of the little finger, and make the remaining fingers into the characteristic of a vajra, this is the mudra. Recite: Om Kili Kila Vajra Hum Phat. Sprinkle the mantra water and scatter it on the ground for cleansing and offering. Then, recite Om Vajra Ha Hum seven times, take a portion of earth, and go into the water until the navel is submerged, and bathe with a bathing cloth and so on. Then, wash the hands with the remaining portion of earth, and from the open palm of the right hand, place the index finger next to the thumb, and also place the thumb on the middle joint of the index finger, this is the mudra of Saraswati. Recite: Om Shruti Smriti Dharani Hum Ha. Touch with this. Then, recite: Om Sarva Siddha Kari Hum Phat. By this mantra, protect the tied topknot.

Great Ganapati, life ender, Svaha! Recite this mantra, with the palm of the right hand facing up, bend the middle finger and ring finger, press down with the tip of the thumb, slightly bend the index finger and little finger, stir the water with the mudra of stirring water, and recite the mantra "Om Tare Tare Buddhaya Svaha," offering three handfuls of water to the Three Jewels.
