願不再墮入地獄！ 遭受鞭打等刑罰，應被處決的受制於他人者， 聽聞佛名，蒙受佛光照觸， 直至菩提，鞭打等刑罰永斷絕， 願獲得無上自主的圓滿！ 因不善業而短命夭折者， 聽聞佛名，得生於善趣之地， 直至菩提，享受天人之樂， 淨除罪障，遠離非時而死，得享長壽！ 從此處命終轉生之時，於佛陀的 剎土中化生，具足陀羅尼等功德， 從現證智王者等一切佛陀處， 領受教言，令其歡喜！ 頂禮薄伽梵、如來、應供、正等覺、藥師琉璃光王！ 供養、皈依！ 宣說七等。身色藍，具勝施手印， 十二願成就，二資糧莊嚴， 琉璃光淨土之光輝， 藥王，我向您頂禮！ 以慈悲平等普施一切的薄伽梵， 僅僅聽聞您的名號，便能消除惡趣的痛苦， 消除三毒之病的藥師佛， 我向琉璃光佛頂禮！ 您的身軀是因陀羅尼羅寶石之色， 妙相如太陽般放射萬道光芒的虛空， 是為一切開啟和平機會的法界， 我向薄伽梵藥師佛頂禮！ 您的語音如千百琵琶之聲， 以梵天之音滿足各種所化眾生的心， 是語教經典如海般的寶藏， 我向薄伽梵藥師佛的語音頂禮！ 您的意是安住於智慧海中， 無緣大悲的波濤洶湧澎湃， 是誓願如海，事業自然成就的， 我向薄伽梵藥師佛的意頂禮！ 今在此，聖眾等，如諸 佛陀殊勝之發願智慧力， 以真實語讚頌一般， 以恭敬心隨念之後， 僅僅稱念名號，獻上禮拜供養之威力， 薄伽梵藥師琉璃光佛， 往昔所發十二大願之果， 以無量之智悲能力之加持， 願今在此我等眾生皆得受用！ 藥王啊！

Those who are subject to others, deserving of being killed by beatings and other punishments, By hearing the name of the Victorious One, may they be touched by the light of the Buddha. Until enlightenment, may the cycle of beatings and other punishments be completely cut off, May they attain the perfection of supreme independence! May those who die young due to non-virtuous deeds, By hearing the name of the Victorious One, be born in a place of happiness. Until enlightenment, experiencing the bliss of gods and humans, Purifying sins, may they be free from untimely death and have a long life! When death transfers from here, in the Buddha's Pure land, may they be born miraculously, complete with qualities such as dharani. From the King of Manifest Knowledge and all the Buddhas, May they receive teachings and please them! I prostrate to the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, the King of Medicine, Lapis Lazuli Light! I offer and take refuge! Saying seven, etc. Body color is blue, with the supreme giving mudra, Twelve wishes fulfilled, adorned with the glory of the two accumulations, The glory of the Lapis Lazuli Light Pure Land, King of Medicine, I prostrate to you! Bhagavan, whose compassion equally extends to all, Just hearing your name eliminates the suffering of the lower realms, Buddha, the Medicine Guru, who cures the diseases of the three poisons, I prostrate to the light of Lapis Lazuli! Whose body is the color of Indra-nila jewel, Whose marks and signs are like the sky blazing with a thousand suns, The sphere that opens the opportunity for peace for all, I prostrate to the body of the Bhagavan Medicine Guru! Whose speech is like a thousand celestial harps, Whose voice of Brahma satisfies the minds of various beings to be tamed, The treasure of the ocean of scriptures, I prostrate to the speech of the Bhagavan Medicine Guru! Whose mind is in the state of the ocean of wisdom, Whose waves of objectless compassion surge greatly, Whose ocean of aspirations is spontaneously accomplished, I prostrate to the mind of the Bhagavan Medicine Guru! Here today, the holy assembly, etc., like the Victorious One's supreme aspiration and wisdom power, As praised by the words of truth, Having remembered with respectful mind, Just by reciting the name and offering prostrations and offerings, Bhagavan Medicine Guru Lapis Lazuli Light, The result of the twelve great vows made in the past, By the blessings of immeasurable wisdom, love, and power, May beings such as myself enjoy it here today! O King of Medicine!

胜者之身的光芒， 照耀着无量世界， 以妙相庄严的佛身， 愿一切众生皆成那样。 其身如无垢的青金石， 光辉灿烂，光芒四射， 照亮在黑暗中游走的众生， 愿他们欢喜行走，行持善业。 以广大之方便与无量智慧力， 无量世界中的无量众生， 愿具足无尽受用， 愿任何人皆无忙碌。 凡是步入邪道的众生， 愿安置于殊胜菩提道， 凡是步入声闻缘觉劣道的众生， 愿引入大乘道。 于彼处行持梵行， 闻其名者，亦具足三律仪， 愿不毁坏戒律，不破戒律， 愿任何人皆不堕恶趣。 身体丑陋，根不具足，相貌丑陋， 驼背，白癜，聋盲喑哑等， 肢体残缺，疯癫，患病者， 愿净除障碍，根肢圆满。 为各种疾病所困扰，无依无怙者， 因贫穷而缺乏资具，痛苦者， 仅闻其名，直至菩提果， 愿远离一切疾病灾害，具足圆满富饶。 凡是对女性之过失感到厌倦， 想要从彼处解脱者， 愿从女性之事物中返回， 直至菩提果，获得男身。 愿一切众生皆从魔之罗网中解脱， 凡是被各种见解所束缚者， 愿安置于正见之境地， 愿引入菩萨之行。 被囚禁，鞭打，投入牢狱，应被杀戮者， 被国王之恐惧所折磨，沮丧痛苦者， 以佛陀不可思议之福德力， 愿从一切损害中完全解脱。 饥渴，烈火燃烧，寻觅食物，造作罪业者， 以具足色香味之上妙食物， 令其满足，再次以正法之甘露味， 愿安置于极乐之境。 贫穷，赤裸，寒冷等所困扰者， 以衣服等一切所需，圆满众生心愿， 具足圣者欢喜之行，不被烦恼所侵扰， 愿安住于解脱之乐。

May the light of the Victorious One's body, Illuminate the immeasurable world, May all sentient beings become like the Buddha's body, Adorned with excellent marks and signs. Whose body is like flawless lapis lazuli, Whose splendor blazes, whose rays of light, Illuminate all beings wandering in darkness, May they walk joyfully and engage in virtuous deeds. Through the power of the Victorious One's immeasurable skillful means and wisdom, May the immeasurable sentient beings in the immeasurable world, Possess inexhaustible resources, May no one be burdened by busyness. May all beings who have entered the wrong path, Be established on the supreme path of enlightenment, And may those who have entered the inferior paths of Hearers and Solitary Realizers, Be led onto the path of the Great Vehicle. From whose presence, celibacy is practiced, And those who hear his name possess the three vows, May they not break their vows or violate their precepts, May no one go to the lower realms. Those with deformed bodies, incomplete faculties, and ugly appearances, Those who are hunchbacked, have vitiligo, are deaf, blind, or mute, Those with defective limbs, the insane, and the sick, May their obscurations be purified, and may they have complete faculties and limbs. Those afflicted by various diseases and without refuge, Those who are impoverished, lacking provisions, and suffering, By merely hearing his name, until the essence of enlightenment, May they be free from all sickness and harm, and possess perfect abundance. Those who are disgusted with the faults of women, And wish to be liberated from that state, May they turn away from the nature of women, And until enlightenment, may they attain a male body. May all beings be liberated from the snare of Mara, And all who are captivated by various views, May they be established in the state of right view, And may they be led into the conduct of Bodhisattvas. Those who are bound, beaten, imprisoned, and deserving of execution, Those who are tormented by the fear of kings, disheartened, and suffering, Through the inconceivable power of the Buddha's merit, May they be completely liberated from all harm. Those who are hungry, thirsty, burning with fire, seeking food, and committing sins, May they be satisfied with the supreme food that possesses color, smell, and taste, And then, with the taste of the nectar of the Dharma, May they be placed in a state of great bliss. Those who are poor, naked, and afflicted by cold and other sufferings, May all their desires be fulfilled with clothing and other necessities, May they possess the conduct that pleases the Noble Ones, and not be oppressed by afflictions, May they abide in the bliss of liberation.

从此命终往生时，于佛刹中莲花化生，具足持明等功德。从药师王等诸佛处，领受教言并令其欢喜。顶礼、供养、皈依导师薄伽梵如来应供正等觉，吉祥怙主释迦牟尼佛。念诵七遍等。身金色具镇地手印，以稀有大悲精进力，成为娑婆世界之庄严，顶礼殊胜导师释迦顶。以善巧方便与大悲心，于释迦族中诞生，摧伏他人不能胜伏之魔军，身如金山般巍峨，顶礼释迦王。以大悲心摄持浊世争斗之刹土，发下五百大愿，如白莲般赞颂，闻名即不退转，顶礼大悲导师。今于此处圣众等，如诸佛之殊胜愿力智慧力，以真实语赞颂，以恭敬心忆念，称名顶礼供养之威力，为令导师救济可怜众生，及利益世间天人，开示并加持七如来广愿经，从光荣颈项发出真实语，如赞叹七如来之名号与琉璃之陀罗尼功德，祈愿今于此处得以显现。如来您之身等，愿我等亦能如是成就。以对您之信心与祈请力，祈愿我等所居之处，病魔、贫困、争斗得以平息，正法与吉祥得以增盛。之后皈依于法宝。遣除无明黑暗之明灯，解除痛苦疾病之妙药，顶礼、供养、皈依一切正法宝。念诵七遍等。断除轮回黑暗之种子，从根拔除痛苦之根源，顶礼般若波罗蜜多佛母等三乘妙法。

May I receive teachings from kings such as the King of Medicine and please them. I prostrate to, make offerings to, and take refuge in the Teacher, the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Complete Buddha, the glorious Victorious Shakyamuni. Recite seven times, etc. With a golden color and the earth-pressing mudra, through the power of extraordinary compassion and great diligence, you became the glory of the Saha world. I prostrate to the supreme guide, the crown of the Shakya clan. Born into the Shakya clan through skillful means and compassion, you destroyed the invincible armies of demons. Your body is majestic like a golden mountain. I prostrate to that Shakya King. With great compassion, you took hold of the degenerate and strife-ridden realm, made five hundred great vows, and are praised like a white lotus. Hearing your name, one does not turn back. I prostrate to the compassionate Teacher. Now, in this place, with the assembly of noble ones, according to the aspiration and wisdom of the supreme Victorious Ones, praised with truthful words, remembering with respectful minds, through the power of reciting names, prostrating, and making offerings, may the Teacher, in order to benefit suffering beings and the gods and humans of the world, reveal and bless the Sutra of the Extensive Vows of the Seven Sugatas. Having uttered truthful words from his glorious throat, as he praised the names of the Seven Sugatas and the excellent benefits of the Beryl mantra, may it be blessed to manifest here and now. Whatever your body, O Sugata, may I and others become just like that. Through the power of faith and prayer to you, may sickness, evil spirits, poverty, and strife be pacified in the places where we dwell, and may Dharma and auspiciousness increase. Then, refuge in the Dharma Jewel. Supreme lamp dispelling the darkness of ignorance, the best of medicines curing the suffering of illness, I prostrate to, make offerings to, and take refuge in all the sacred Dharma Jewels. Recite seven times, etc. You completely eliminate the seed of the darkness of arising, and uproot the thorns of suffering from their roots. I prostrate to the Holy Dharma of the Three Vehicles, such as the Queen Mother Prajnaparamita.

拉嚄！ 突如其来远离垢染之法界， 消除二障黑暗之圣道， 证悟法性之顺缘殊胜经藏， 顶礼经教证悟之圣法。 今此圣众等， 成为真实量之善逝语， 不具变异之真实胜义谛， 以恭敬之心忆念， 以称名顶礼供养之威力， 仅闻名号亦能消除过患增长功德。 如是等善逝语教不变之果， 今此我等众生受用， 愿贤遍法之法灯燃起。 以圣法宝真实之加持， 我等从今乃至有生之年， 愿能如实受持诸佛之正法， 如诸佛之意。 顶礼僧伽宝。 顶礼菩萨摩诃萨，大菩萨圣妙吉祥、救脱和金刚手等一切菩萨众。 供养，皈依。 念诵七遍等。 法王子年少智慧藏， 我等为诸罪所困扰之众生， 显现此甚深广大之道， 顶礼至尊妙音。 以善巧方便大悲之威力， 为救治非时死、增广王政等， 示现清净供养之法， 顶礼圣救脱。 广严城中八善逝聚集， 敕令共同分别守护教法， 各自以真实语承诺， 顶礼秘密主及眷属。 顶礼观世音和如日月般显现者， 大慧无热恼等， 三万六千眷属菩萨， 以及十方菩萨。 今此圣众等， 如菩萨发愿智慧力， 以真实语赞叹一般， 以恭敬之心忆念， 以称名顶礼供养之威力， 妙吉祥等诸佛子， 劝请诸佛之誓愿并开启宣说， 愿能弘扬利益不可思议之经藏， 并加持受持守护彼等。
