以不净之威力，愿清净祈愿之处皆成就。吉祥之语：对于五浊恶世之众生，慈悲如太阳之光芒，最为炽盛照耀的薄伽梵善逝七佛，所说之祈愿皆能成就一切意义等，愿圆满正觉之诸佛吉祥！仅听闻即能从轮回与寂灭之痛苦中，彻底解脱的甚深且广大的，心髓药师八百部经，愿殊胜圣妙之法吉祥！祈请救护之大菩萨，声闻护方及夜叉首领等，愿此法长久增盛且住留的，僧伽和合之僧众吉祥！其他也以各种吉祥之偈颂，令其成为善妙。如是善逝所赞叹的，经部王之仪轨精华，以慈爱之心明晰阐释之力，愿利益一切众生的药师佛成就！如是名为《经部仪轨甘露宝瓶》者，见其易于入门、意义精要且具大利益之要点，于胜生铁兔年黑月二十五日，由麦彭所著，愿以此善根，令遍知之有情获得无上安乐，恒常普及，任运成就！若欲广增，可依第五世达赖喇嘛之仪轨集《如意自在王》，若喜简略，则可依班禅一切智之经集《甘露精炼心髓》等，诸圣者所造之论典而修持。 药师经仪轨精简版《甘露宝瓶》。麦彭·蒋扬南嘉。

By the power of impurity, may all pure places of aspiration be accomplished. The words of auspiciousness: To the beings of the degenerate age, the light of compassion like the sun, the most blazing and radiant seven Sugatas, the Bhagavad-Tathagatas, may the prayers they spoke, such as accomplishing all meanings, bring auspiciousness to all the perfect Buddhas! By merely hearing it, one can be completely liberated from the suffering of samsara and nirvana, the profound and vast, the essence, the eight hundred sections of the Medicine Buddha Sutra, may the supreme and sacred Dharma be auspicious! The great bodhisattvas who request, protect, and guard, the Shravakas, the guardians of the directions, and the leaders of the Yaksha hosts, etc., may the Sangha, the assembly of those who cause this Dharma to increase and abide for a long time, be auspicious! Furthermore, may all kinds of auspicious verses make it virtuous and excellent. Thus, the essence of the ritual of the king of sutras, praised by the words of the Sugatas, by the power of clarifying it with a mind of love, may the Medicine Buddha, who benefits all beings, be accomplished!
