General of the demon army, the form of an angry Rakshasa, possessing power, strength, swiftness, speed, and might. Diligent in protecting the doctrine and practicing yoga, Great Black One, I praise you. Great Mother, demonesses, male and female corpses, etc., the fierce retinue that cuts off obstacles, benefits, and performs actions, together with hundreds of thousands of millions of obedient ones, I praise the retinue that protects the doctrine. Subduing existence and peace, in the presence of Karma Pakshi, fulfilling activities as vowed and promised, in the future, may the virtuous Vajra Gyalwa attain enlightenment in the Buddha's doctrine, I praise you. To all those worthy of praise, with bodies bowed down as numerous as all the dust particles in the fields, at all times, I praise with supreme devotion. Namo Mahakalaya (Tibetan, Sanskrit: नमः महाकालाय, Sanskrit Romanization: namaḥ mahākālāya, Chinese literal meaning: Homage to Mahakala). Auspicious Great Black One, The offering at this time, or great attachment to yogis, or ransoming the Vajra Master, or averting curses, plagues, wars, etc., that have occurred, or making a feast offering at the time of fulfilling broken vows, for this, in a pleasant place, gather all the supports, offerings, practice items, and completion items. On it, erect the tsakalis of the two Mahakalas and the protectors of the ten directions. Write the mantras of the three activities of protection, aversion, and killing of the Dakinis and the Eight Classes of gods and demons. Surround it with various silk cloths, images of yaks, sheep, black birds, etc. Arrange the offerings that will appear below in order: meat, food, fruits, flowers, yogurt, the essence of wine, blood, etc. Arrange the white torma of the local deities and the lords of the land, and bless it by cleansing with Damstrotkata (Tibetan, Sanskrit: दंष्ट्रोत्कट, Sanskrit Romanization: daṃṣṭrotkaṭa, Chinese literal meaning: Fearful Biting), and purifying with Svabhava (Tibetan, Sanskrit: स्वभाव, Sanskrit Romanization: svabhāva, Chinese literal meaning: Self-nature). From emptiness, from the letter A, arises a vast skull cup, inside which the five meats and five amritas melt, and the tormas become one with the wisdom amrita, and the clouds of offerings such as the items of practice, items of offering, items of completion, and items of support that arise from countless black Hum (Tibetan, Sanskrit: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllables.

Argham of great red blood, flowers, incense, and perfume, various fruits and foods, the supreme taste of hero's wine, pills mixed with medicines, powder of the five precious substances, offerings of food gatherings, Balim offerings in triangles, Torma of meat and blood, offerings of five-colored silk, various meats, hearts, and blood, various medicines, incense, and flowers, with outer, inner, and secret unsurpassed offerings, we offer all offerings to you. We confess all faults with great regret. We ask for forgiveness for transgressions against your mind.
