所有已住世的佛陀，以及所有已逝和未来之佛，彼等皆知晓此秘密真言之甚深仪轨。勇士于菩提树下，证得无与伦比之遍知。救怙主大威德佛陀，亦以此摧伏了极其可怖之魔军。因此，为获遍知之果位，行持此佛子之妙慧。如是信解受持。于前方虚空，观想圣度母如意轮，为无量佛陀和菩萨所围绕而安住，于其跟前，意念供养七支妙供，并随之念诵。至尊度母，我向您顶礼。如是等念诵三遍。祈请诸位怙主佛陀，以及诸位佛子垂念我。我，名为（某某），从此时起，直至菩提果位。如三世诸佛，于菩提道上决意，我亦发起无上殊胜之菩提心。我将守护戒律之学处，积聚善法，利益有情之三种律仪，并各自坚定受持。佛法僧，是无上之三宝。我从今日起，坚定受持从佛陀瑜伽所生之誓言。于金刚部之殊胜大种姓中，金刚铃之手印，亦将如实受持。亦将受持诸位上师。于珍宝部之殊胜大种姓中，对于悦意之誓言，每日六时，恒常布施四种布施。于从大菩提所生之清净莲花部大种姓中，外内秘密三乘，无余受持殊胜之法。于业部之殊胜大种姓中，具足一切誓言，亦将如实受持。亦将尽力行持供养之事业。我已发起无上殊胜之菩提心，为利一切有情，我将受持一切律仪。我将度化未被度化者，解脱未被解脱者，令未出离轮回者出离，引领一切众生至涅槃之境。如是念诵三遍而受持律仪。心

All Buddhas who have resided, and all who have passed and are yet to come, all of them know this profound ritual of secret mantra. The hero, under the Bodhi tree, attained the unparalleled omniscience. The protector, the great glorious Buddha, also subdued the extremely terrifying armies of demons with it. Therefore, in order to attain the state of omniscience, practice this wisdom of the Buddha's son. Thus, with faith, receive and hold. In the space in front, visualize the noble Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, surrounded by immeasurable Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and residing before them, contemplate offering the seven excellent limbs, and then recite accordingly. O Bhagavati, I prostrate to you. Recite this three times. Please, all you protectors, Buddhas, and all you Buddha-sons, be mindful of me. I, named (so and so), from this time forth, until the essence of enlightenment, just as the protectors of the three times, resolved on the path to enlightenment, I also generate the unsurpassed and supreme Bodhicitta. I will guard the precepts of discipline, accumulate virtuous dharmas, the three vows that benefit sentient beings, and each will be firmly upheld. Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, are the unsurpassed Three Jewels. From today onwards, I will firmly uphold the vows born from Buddha Yoga. In the supreme great lineage of the Vajra family, the hand gesture of the Vajra bell will also be truly upheld. I will also uphold the Gurus. In the supreme great lineage of the Jewel family, for the pleasing vows, six times each day, I will constantly give the four kinds of giving. In the pure great lineage of the Lotus family, born from great enlightenment, the outer, inner, and secret three vehicles, I will uphold the supreme Dharma without exception. In the supreme great lineage of the Karma family, possessing all vows, I will also truly uphold them. I will also do my best to perform the work of offering. I have generated the unsurpassed and supreme Bodhicitta, for the benefit of all sentient beings, I will uphold all vows. I will liberate those who have not been liberated, free those who have not been freed, bring those who have not departed from samsara to liberation, and lead all beings to the state of Nirvana. You must not speak in front of those who have not seen this great mandala, nor to those who do not have faith. If you speak, child, you will break your vows. Place the vajra at the heart. Noble Tara, today, has truly entered your heart. If you speak this method, she will immediately depart. Place the vajra on the crown of the head. From now on, your Jetsun Tara is me. You must do what I command you to do. You must not despise me. If you do not abandon your timidity, you will die and fall into the great hell of sentient beings. Repeat this: In the Three Jewels, I take refuge. I confess each and every sin and non-virtue. I rejoice in the virtue of beings. I hold the Buddha's Bodhi in my mind. In the Buddha, Dharma, and Supreme Sangha, Until Bodhi, I take refuge. For Bodhicitta, I act. For the sake of self and others, I accomplish well. I generate the supreme Bodhicitta. Emaho, all sentient beings are guests. I practice the supreme conduct of Bodhi. For the benefit of beings, may I become a Buddha. Say this three times. The essence of all Buddhas of the three times, precious Lama, please eliminate all my timely and untimely deaths, and bless me with the blessings of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of the Jetsunma. Say this.
