Wood. Generate faith in the Dharma of Secret Mantra Vajrayana, which liberates in one lifetime. Chapter Seven establishes the meaning of Dzogchen through the three deities, mantras, and samadhi, and by relying on the instructions of Tögal Trekchö, all those who have perfected the practice of the path through effort are now taking this essence of meaning to heart. Furthermore, the teacher Shri Singha said, "First, touch at the meeting place. In the middle, rest at the resting place. Finally, release at the going place." As the three verses of the oral transmission Vajra are spoken, the first touching at the meeting place is to touch a qualified lama who knows how to guide, and to cut off the three roots of the mind's origin, dwelling, and going, and then make a request. The middle resting at the resting place is to rest without abandoning, adopting, or modifying whatever arises in the mind. The final releasing at the going place is to release without attachment to the taste of samadhi after experiencing it. The actual root of the oral transmission verses is: In the state of the co-emergent Samantabhadri, who has been present from the very beginning, one should look like the wind moving in the sky, without distraction, while being seized by mindfulness. It is not appropriate to introduce the meaning of this in a concluding manner. As Lord Chögyal Lingpa said, "This view of the inseparability of Mahamudra and Dzogchen is much spoken of, but little understood." Thus, first identify the dwelling and moving, and look from the opposite side, and the nature of dwelling without a viewer, the mind dwells there, not distracted like ignorance, but if it dwells, it knows it dwells, if it moves, it knows it moves, and cultivates without forgetting that thought. Furthermore, dwelling is the nature of the mind, and moving is the self-luminosity of the mind. The example of wind moving in the sky is: "Moving is like insubstantial dust, it is enough to move without entering into grasping." As it is said, the view of Dzogchen is called Kadag Yegdröl Chenpo, and not even a hair's breadth of fabricated transformation is applied to the mind. Although the essence is pure from the beginning, the primordial purity is the Dharmakaya itself, it is important to have a balanced approach to meditation, being neither too tight nor too loose. In the past, the noble Kungawo taught meditation to Growozhin Kyé, but sometimes it was too tight and sometimes too loose, making it difficult to do. When he asked the teacher, he replied:

O Possessor of Life, when you were at home, did you know how to play the lute? He replied, "Yes, I am very skilled." "Then, does a beautiful sound come from the lute when the strings are too tight?" The Blessed One, "No, it does not." "Then, does it come from being too loose?" "That is also not the case." "Then, does it come from being moderately tight and loose?" The Blessed One, "That is indeed the case." "Then, O Possessor of Life, your mind should also be like that, not too tight, and not too loose, but meditate in that way." Thus it was said. Meditating on Mahamudra and Dzogchen as inseparable is very profound. Gyalwa Yang Gonpa also meditated on Mahamudra and Dzogchen as inseparable. In his own words, he said: "The sound of the Dharma, Dzogchen, is very great. The key to understanding for a beggar lies in this. The realization of a single moment also arises from this." Furthermore, when Dharma Lord Rangjung Dorje was at the seat of Karma in Ugin, walking on the earth, he saw Vimalamitra. When the realization of Dzogchen became manifest, he extracted it from the Karma Nyingtik Mind Treasure. As it is said: "I was blessed by Vimala. When I was dwelling in the solitary retreat of Karma, At the end of the night, from the eastern direction, A beauty of light appeared that could not be satiated by looking. It seemed manifest and dissolved into my brow. From then on, I understood all these key points effortlessly." As it was said. When Dharma Lord Rolpai Dorje was residing in Karma in Ugin, the way in which the ultimate intention of Samantabhadra, the realization of Dzogchen Tögal, became manifest was also expressed in the Vajra Song: "Self-luminous essence, empty-luminous Samantabhadra. Primordially pure, the realm of the Great Perfection. The resonance of the five bases, self-luminous and all-pervading. The resonance of the five lights, uncreated and equally abiding." Furthermore, our supreme guide, the Great Treasure Revealer, King of Dharma, Chokgyur Lingpa, in the appearance of ordinary beings to be tamed, realized enlightenment at the seat of Karma and perfected it at Samye Chimphu. Samye Chimphu seems to be very blessed. When I was staying in Chimphu, in a dream, you were riding a white horse, and even on hard rocks, the horse was running wildly like a runaway horse. When I asked what this meant, you said that there was something white spinning in a bowl, didn't you know that? It is also circumambulating the sacred site.
