Place the wisdom vajra on the head, scatter the nectar of samaya on the tongue, from the emanation and absorption of the HUM of one's own mind, take the life force of the Dharma protectors and retinue. As one's own mind is drawn back into the HUM, think that mind and heart become one. (LA) HUM. (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: HUM) In the three times of past, future, and present, the one who accomplishes the deeds of the Buddhas, the one who establishes vows, empowers, and perfects, the demon lord Trakshad gathers in the samaya. Those who hold the lineage of future practitioners, promising to care for them like children, and vowing to accomplish according to the command, the demon lord Trakshad gathers in the samaya. Praising the dignity of the Three Jewels, subduing the enemies of the guru's body, caring for the following disciples, and protecting wealth and objects of worship, as in the vows made in the past, without deviating from the life-essence samaya, urge the heart-vow to accomplish the deeds. Do not be distracted, do not transgress, do not be evil. When called upon, demon lord, do not be slow. When relied upon, Trakshad, do not be evil. When practiced, Trakshad, do not be far. When subdued, demon king, do not be weak in power. Waving, demon king, do not be afraid of the shoulder. Remember the fierce samaya. As body and shadow accompany each other, inseparable, blend heart and mind into one. The terrifying armies of the other side, and thieves, sudden hateful enemies, in an instant, seize life. Butcher demon king, gather in the samaya. HUM. To the demon lord Trakshad and retinue, the outer offerings are: offering water, washing water, flowers, incense, lamps, scented water, food, musical instruments, and pleasant sounds. Offer to the demon lord and retinue. HUM. To the demon lord Trakshad and retinue, the inner offerings are: samaya substances, medicine, nectar of the blood ocean, the heart blood of those who break vows piled up like an ocean, the bali triangle adorned with red. These are offered as inner offerings. HUM. To the demon lord Trakshad and retinue, the secret offerings are: forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and textures, objects of reliance, objects of fulfillment, objects of practice, grains, medicines, five precious jewels, collections of meats, hearts, and blood, actual wealth and mind-created, inconceivable. These are offered as secret offerings. HUM. To the demon lord Trakshad and retinue, the very secret offerings are: bliss, joy, play, non-attachment, union of two, E-Vam space, non-attachment.
