Outwardly, like the method of relying on the torma, in the center of the E (ཨེ, e) syllable mandala in front of oneself, black mustard seed food offering, sharp triangle, garland of flames, spear and demon lasso, vajra iron hook adorned with the heart. Therefore, the food offering is a sharp triangle, the four mothers' torma is adorned with iron hooks. Therefore, the food offering is a triangle of eight, the eight demon protectors have enemy axes, heart and lasso adorned with iron hooks. Therefore, food and drink are piled up like a mountain, this is the outer offering substance. (ཞ, zha)! The three hearts of black bird, black dog, black sheep, the pulse tube, pulse mantra are inserted, white, red, and blue three colors are rolled into silk, spear banner, demon lasso, iron hooks, these are the inner offering substances. (ཟ, za)! The key to secrecy is the samaya, generate faith and keep the samaya, the essence and the root guru, inseparable, when meditating in front of oneself, samadhi is clear and diligent, doubt and hesitation are not allowed. This is the secret practice, experiences and dreams will also appear, seeing the wrathful deity's image, and going to the armory, elephant and small child, riding a black horse and black wind raging, black silk not damaged and worn, holding weapons in hand, black people, black dogs, black birds, etc., light and hail intertwined, these are the outer signs of accomplishment. Inner signs are hand implements, guru, etc., secret signs are actually showing the face, granting common and supreme siddhis, freely controlling the four elements, in short, the world's destruction and, healing, etc., will gain freedom.
