Attained accomplishments, known as Padmasambhava. Please come for blessings. This seven-line prayer for invocation, its blessings are as swift as a thunderbolt from the sky. If you strive six times day and night, the Guru will also show his face of blessings. (Ma) Please bestow blessings in this supreme place, grant me, the supreme practitioner, the four empowerments, dispel obstacles and wrong views, and grant supreme and common accomplishments. (Tsa) Hūṃ! From the realm of Dharmadhatu Great Bliss, please come, Limitless Light. From the palace of Mount Potala, please come, Lord of the World. From the four terrifying charnel grounds, and from the pure land of the ḍākinīs of Oddiyana, please come, assembly of mothers and ḍākinīs. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma thod phreng rtsal vajra samaya jaḥ Siddhi phala hūṃ āḥ hrīḥ hūṃ hari nisa vajra samaya jaḥ jaḥ. (Tsha) Hūṃ! A seat of burning sun, moon, and lotus, radiant, clear, pleasing, and beautiful to behold. On a throne supported by fearless lions, please reside in a joyful manner. Guru deva ḍākinī ye Paṃ padma maṇḍala Mā sūrya maṇḍala A candra maṇḍala Tiṣṭha bhrūṃ! (Dza) Hūṃ! With fervent devotion and intense longing, I pray to the three kāyas, Guru and ḍākinīs, in pure vision. I prostrate to purify karmic obscurations. Guru deva ḍākinī namo. (Wa) Hūṃ! To the three kāyas, Guru and ḍākinīs, I offer all phenomena, saṃsāra and nirvāṇa. Please accept in primordial emptiness, and grant the accomplishments of the five kāyas of wisdom. Guru deva ḍākinī sarva pūja ho. (Zha) Hūṃ! To the three kāyas, Guru and ḍākinīs, forms, sounds, smells, tastes, tactile objects, and dharmas, the five objects of enjoyment and the assembly of desirable qualities, I offer as offerings to perfect the two accumulations. Please bless to purify the two obscurations. Guru deva ḍākinī mahā pūja ho. (Za) Hūṃ! To the three kāyas, Guru and ḍākinīs, I offer the supreme nectar, a mixture of a hundred essences, mixed with the powder of the six excellent medicines, to pacify diseases, epidemics, and plagues. Please accept with joy, may all realms of the world be happy, may human and livestock diseases be pacified, and grant the accomplishment of immortal life. Guru deva ḍākinī amṛta pūja ho. I am controlled by karma and afflictions, And the samayas of body, speech, and mind, I confess and repent for having broken them. Those broken due to the power of the three poisons, I confess in the space of the three bodies. Those broken due to the power of the five poisons, I confess in the space of the five wisdoms. Those broken due to habitual delusions, I confess in the state of self- awareness, unborn. Those broken due to the power of hope and fear, Self-liberated.
