What remains in the state of emptiness? Like the sky, which pervades everywhere, so does the mind. It remains in the state of emptiness, the nature of reality, which is without beginning or end. When not abiding, there are three ways to offer the body as food: offering the body as food in general, offering the body as food specifically, and offering the body as food transcendently. First, offering the body as food in general, which has six parts, the first of which is practicing the path of accumulating white dharma: With refuge and bodhicitta as the preliminary, as before, transform the consciousness that mixes space and awareness into a dakini, or by the syllable "ཕཊཿ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Phat!), visualize your own mind as Vajrayogini, with a red body, one face, and two arms. The right hand holds a curved knife pointing to the sky, the left hand holds a skull cup at the heart. The left leg is extended, and the right leg is bent. The hair hangs down the back like willow branches, beautiful and pleasing. Visualize clearly, and by saying "ཕཊཿ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Phat!), ascend from the central channel to the distant sky. With the curved knife, cut open your own body from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet, visualizing the skin as vast as three thousand great thousand worlds, and recite "ཕཊཿ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Phat!); visualize the flesh as a great mountain, and recite "ཕཊཿ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Phat!); visualize the blood as a great ocean, and recite "ཕཊཿ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Phat!); visualize the bones as a great plain of bones, as vast as three thousand great thousand worlds. Vajrayogini recites "ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum) to purify impurities. Everything melts into light, becoming a great ocean of nectar endowed with the five desirable qualities. Thus, bless it. From that Vajrayogini, emanate countless Vajrayoginis, filling skull cups with nectar, and offering inconceivable clouds of offerings to the guests of the Three Jewels, gods, and spirits, thinking that they are pleased and satisfied. Filling skull cups with nectar, distribute it to the guests of compassion and karmic creditors, pacifying their respective illnesses and sufferings, increasing radiance and splendor, and thinking that they have obtained all the perfect wealth they desire. Recite these words: To all the kind root gurus with their lineages, to the assembly of father tantra heroes, to the assembly of mother tantra heroines, to the assembly of son tantra experiential deities, to the mouths of all the Chöd lineage gurus, "ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum).
