There are also three signs of the wrath of the btsan spirit: The outer signs are red people, red horses, mixed-color people, red-clothed people dancing, naturally going back and forth, causing harm to oneself, oneself being in league with them, etc.; also, a red dog with a tail decorated in red, and wolves, jerboas, foxes, and marmots, attacking oneself, circling around oneself, male vultures and owls, owlets, small owlets, etc., being kept by oneself, new red clothes and red silk, and amulets, etc., being collected by oneself, being given by others, seeing many ownerless natural objects, these are the outer signs of wrath. The inner signs are, no matter what the outer form is like a human, there is a great heat and awe-inspiring power, very frightening, holding bows and arrows, spears and red ropes, etc., various weapons, wearing silk clothes of various colors, or sometimes wearing the fur clothes of various wild animals such as tigers, or the skin of sheep and goats, or the fleece of small lambs, and ornaments of crocodiles and dragons, etc., various different clothes, the tips of deer antlers are red, like a mixed color, and argali sheep, tigers, and musk deer have snakes coiled above and below them, peeling off human skin, riding on it front and back, together with a mixed group of one-legged and mixed-color feet, appearing like red lightning flashing, and also entering into a very frightening red city, these are the inner signs of wrath. The secret signs are, a great red water filling all the valleys with a deep red color, a red wind blowing, red clouds being blown by the wind, red rays of light streaking across the sky like lightning, red light filling all directions, a great roaring sound echoing in the valleys, and the appearance of a great red rock burning.

树林喧闹嘈杂，许多红色的乌鸦聚集，红色的山，红色的悬崖峭壁，红色的裂开的地面，红色的深邃的湖泊，许多红色的箭等等，那些各自具有光芒和恐怖的强大威力的东西，自己走到它们跟前，沉入其中，从远处看到，对那些东西心生爱恋，看到后感到恐惧，这些是秘密的征兆。此外，对于下部魔鬼，也有内、外、秘密三种。第一种是黑色的毒虫、蚂蚁、甲虫、黄鼠狼、像母狗一样的鱼等像下雨一样降落，遍布地面，并粘在自己的身上。那些东西的大小就像刚睁开眼睛的小狗一样，非常寒冷潮湿，仅仅看到就非常恐惧，心中不安。还有青蛙、蝎子、鱼、蝌蚪、大象鼻虫、鳄鱼、野猪等，像牛梳子那么大，张开嘴巴，显露出要吃的样子，聚集在干燥和潮湿的任何地方，发出嘈杂的声音，互相争斗，每一个或每一对的身上都弥漫着雾气，凝结着露水，仅仅看到那些东西，内心就会混乱，头脑昏沉，身体麻木。还有黑色的、红色的、黄色的、绿色的、杂色的、白色的、红杂色的、黄杂色的、蓝杂色的蛇，像大树茂盛的树叶一样，长度大约有五寻到五十寻。那些蛇堆积成堡垒，无论在水里还是旱地上，都聚集在一个方向，或者长长地躺着，身体里冒着毒气，巨大的毒液囊里燃烧着火焰，从嘴巴和眼睛里涌出各种疾病，像露水一样淅淅沥沥地从一百寻的距离外袭来。仅仅看到那些东西就感到害怕，汗毛竖立，感官迟钝，身体沉重僵硬，那是它们的阴影。还有像八岁小孩的年龄，乳房以下都是蛇，头顶上燃烧着许多蛇头的火焰，涌出青红色的疾病，从蛇的侵袭中冒出毒气和雾气，身体上也弥漫着雾气，那些东西在眼睛看不到边际的大湖里，一会儿露出上半身，一会儿连着蛇尾巴一起出现在水面上等等，看到各种各样的景象，这是内在的征兆。

The size of those things is like that of a puppy that has just opened its eyes, very cold and moist, and just seeing them is extremely frightening and makes one feel uneasy. Also, frogs, scorpions, fish, tadpoles, large weevils, crocodiles, wild boars, etc., the size of a yak comb, open their mouths and show that they want to eat, gathering in any place, dry or wet, making noisy sounds, fighting each other, and mist billowing and dew condensing on the body of each one or each pair. Just seeing those things makes the mind confused, the head dizzy, and the body numb. Also, black, red, yellow, green, variegated, white, red-variegated, yellow-variegated, blue-variegated snakes, like the lush leaves of a large tree, with a length of about five to fifty fathoms. Those snakes pile up like fortresses, whether in water or on land, gathering in one direction, or lying long, with poisonous gas bubbling from their bodies, and flames burning in their huge venom sacs, with various diseases gushing from their mouths and eyes, dripping like dew from a distance of a hundred fathoms. Just seeing those things makes one feel afraid, one's hair stands on end, one's senses become dull, and one's body becomes heavy and stiff, that is their shadow. Also, like an eight-year-old child, with snakes below the breasts, and many flames of snake heads burning on the crown of the head, with blue-red diseases gushing out, and poisonous gas and mist bubbling from the snake's invasion, and mist also billowing on the body, those things in a large lake that the eyes cannot see the edge of, sometimes the upper body emerges, and sometimes the snake tail appears on the surface of the water, etc., seeing various kinds of sights, these are inner signs.
