心念止息之時， 界與覺性無有分別， 過患與功德無有生滅， 樂空明澈而無阻礙， 光明無來無去而顯現， 本來面目指示見之要， 表徵無生之符號意義， 乃從自在主大尊口中聽聞。 口頭之語不唱為歌， 是上師嚴厲之告誡， 以及同門道友們之勸請， 空行母們請勿作科隆舞。 如是，以賓達巴為首之同門道友們，在尼泊爾珍寶律寺，自在主麥崔巴於夢中顯現，所示現之大手印符號意義，乃將其編為道歌。 ༈ །། 尊者米拉之零星道歌集。 那摩咕嚕。 於雪域之中誕生， 未被世間過失所染， 因那若巴傳承之加持， 具備苦行之稀有者， 醫治有情疾病之醫師王， 如日月般聞名之修行處， 名稱米拉者廣為人知之， 對彼瑜伽士恭敬頂禮。 輪迴無有實義於心中 顯現， 斷絕衣食之欲而遊走山林， 覺受暖樂現前，命勤入於要訣， 向尊者米拉之身恭敬頂禮讚歎。 總攝一切勝者之主宰，圓滿證得金剛乘之秘密，聖地之大自在者，文殊友之化身，於北方雪域，無有任何能與之匹敵者，尊者米拉日巴大師，上師與覺姆心繫於他，所有訣竅皆已圓滿，如今我將前往上方，如是稟告，米拉所唱之歌中，最早獻給上方的歌。
