This is the overall meaning of the chakras and the twenty-four main channels. That is, the channels through which karma wind flows are: fourteen in the head, twenty-eight in the throat, eight in the heart, and sixty in the navel, totaling one hundred and ten for the four chakras. Adding the four single root channels of up, down, left, and right, there are one hundred and fourteen. The channels of the large and small joints' chakras are seven hundred and twenty. 第三，如是百六轮，顶髻四脉俱全。如是说者，谓顶轮十六脉瓣，喉轮三十二，心轮八，脐轮七十二，密处三十二，此五轮之脉瓣共一百六十，加上顶髻之四脉，此乃除中脉部分外，余者皆为坏灭之次第。第三，二十四脉之收摄法有二，真实与共同之收摄。初者：脉乃二十四，大脉六十复六十，与脐同，三年收。融入及受用，与主之，根本七十二，于三方内收摄。如是说者，谓不退脉等二十四脉，每一脉复有大脉六十，如是等，其中除中脉部分外，余者与脐轮相同，需于三年内收摄于三方中。二十四脉中，除融入、受用、主宰所分之根本二者外，其余皆于三年内收摄。七十二脉之赤白分四十八者，收摄于三方之中，中脉之二十四分，则于一日内收摄。二者：如是轮大脉，干枯风不转，自此一日迁。如是说者，谓如前所说，如是除中脉部分外，从轮之二十四大脉所分出者，皆干枯，风与菩提心不转，自此一日后迁往后世。此一日中，化为中脉之脉中，有大黑暗之风二万一千六百转动，最终中脉之脉，顶轮二，喉轮四，以方便智慧结合为二，心间上下之脉二，脐轮之四，梵穴与具筒之脉，即各轮之中脉的迁转之脉十二，二十四大脉的中脉部分，即三十六大脉连同支分，皆于此一日中干枯。

Together with the four channels of the crown, this is the order of decay, except for the central channel part. Thirdly, there are two ways to gather the twenty-four channels: the actual and the common gathering. The first is: 'The channels are twenty-four, the great channels are sixty and sixty, the same as the navel, gather for three years. The roots of absorption, enjoyment, and the lord, the seventy-two, are gathered within the three directions.' As it is said, the twenty-four channels, such as the non-returning channel, each has sixty great channels. Among the twenty-four channels, except for the two roots divided by absorption, enjoyment, and mastery, the rest are gathered within three years. The second is: 'Thus, the great channels of the wheel, dried up, the winds do not move, from then on, one day to migrate.' As it is said, as mentioned above, thus, except for the central channel part, those separated from the twenty-four great channels of the wheel are dried up, the winds and bodhicitta do not move, and from then on, after one day, they migrate to the next life. In that one day, in the channels that have become the central channel, twenty-one thousand six hundred winds of great darkness move, and finally the channels of the central channel, two in the crown chakra, four in the throat chakra, combined into two by skillful means and wisdom, two channels above and below the heart chakra, four in the navel chakra, the channels of the Brahma hole and the conch-holder, that is, the twelve channels of migration of the central channel of each chakra, the central channel part of the twenty-four great channels, that is, the thirty-six great channels together with the branches, all dry up on that one day.
