After that, the essence of the Dharma realm diminishes above and below, and after one day, one will go to another world. At that time, the essence of the white element obtained from the father falls downward from the crown of the head, and the essence of the red element obtained from the mother rises upward from the navel. The winds of the central channel go out through the nostrils without order and do not return inward. At that time, when the white and red elements from above and below are joined in the center of the heart, all the aggregates, elements, and sense bases are gathered in the alaya consciousness. Although one experiences the fundamental clear light Dharmakaya, ordinary people, due to not recognizing it, will transmigrate to another existence. Fourth, incidentally, the certainty of where one will transmigrate and the manner in which the bardo arises: From then on, the alaya consciousness is: From the Brahma aperture is the formless realm, from the bindu is the great goddess, from the navel is the desire realm god, from the eye is the desire realm human sovereign, from the nose one is born in the yaksha abode, from the ear is the accomplished god, from the door of existence one speaks of the hungry ghost, from the water path one becomes an animal, from the lower door are the eight hells. From then on, the bardo arises. Thus it is said. After the essence of the three white, red, and wind elements gathers in the heart, from then on, if the alaya consciousness goes out from the Brahma aperture at the crown of the head, one will be born in any of the four formless realms. If one goes out from the bindu between the eyebrows, one will be born as a great goddess, that is, as a god in any of the sixteen places of the form realm. If one goes out from the navel, one will be born as any of the six types of gods in the desire realm. Some tantric views also say that one will be born as an asura. If one goes out from the eye, one will be born as a human sovereign in the desire realm, that is, in the royal lineage. If one goes out from the nostril, one will be born in the abode of the yakshas, that is, in the willow grove in the north. If one goes out from the ear, one will be born as an accomplished god, that is, as a knowledge holder among the gods of the Thirty-three. If one goes out from the door of existence, that is, the path of semen, it is said that one will be born as a hungry ghost. As it is said in the Compendium of Origins, one is born as a hungry ghost from the mouth. In the commentary on the Four Seats, it is said that the door of existence is the mouth, so both should be accepted. If one goes out from the urinary tract, one will be born as an animal. From the lower door

If one transmigrates (consciousness), one will be born in any of the eight great hot hells. From the moment of transmigration until the connection with the next life is not yet made, except for those who commit deeds of immediate retribution and those who will be born in the formless realm, the appearance of the bardo will occur. Thus it is said, the detailed circumstances of the bardo should be understood from the abridged 'Mindfulness Sutra' and the bardo section of the 'Six Dharmas' spoken by the Lord (Tsongkhapa) himself. The third is the conclusion: When appearance, increase, and attainment dissolve, one does not recognize the nature of the three bodies. The light of appearance and the darkness, emptiness and great emptiness, are not realized, and one wanders in the cycle of samsara. The practice of that is wisdom, and by being completely purified, one attains Nirvana. Thus it is said. If we briefly summarize the stages of absorption as explained, when the stages of appearance, increase, and attainment occur in sequence, the gross forms, sounds, etc., and the dissolution of appearance are the absorption into the Nirmanakaya; the subtle thoughts, etc., and the dissolution of increase are the absorption into the Sambhogakaya; entering the clear light of the Alaya and the dissolution of attainment are the absorption into the Dharmakaya, that is, the nature of the three bodies is absorbed into the clear light. However, because one does not recognize it, one fails to distinguish between the clear light nature of the mind, the Tathagatagarbha, which is called appearance, and the meaning of the darkness of ignorance that obscures it.
