Due to the distinction made between the two saviors, there are many stages of the path to be traversed. In this case of the Vajrayana, with the inconceivable power of the means of maturation and liberation, it is much faster and more excellent than those paths of the Paramitas. Secondly: Merely possessing the skillful means of conduct and practice, it takes sixty years of life; a yogi's life is sixteen years; the unsurpassed one can achieve it in one lifetime with diligence. It is said that, on the path of the Paramitas, merely possessing the skillful means of the forms with signs and without signs as taught in the tantras of action and conduct, even if based on a hundred years of life, it takes sixty years, that is, about six thousand years to achieve Buddhahood; on those paths, if one is seized by the skillful means of the four mudras and three samadhis, etc., as taught in the yoga tantras, then one can attain enlightenment in sixteen years of life, that is, one thousand six hundred years; if that path is seized by the skillful means of the unsurpassed secret mantra, with the distinction of the four empowerments and the two stages, and one possesses intense diligence, then one will surely attain Buddhahood in one lifetime. What needs to be known here is that, in general, for secret mantra practitioners, there are what are known as the path of abandoning the basis, the path of transforming the basis, and the path of making the basis itself the path. The first of these, because it is the antidote that contradicts what is to be abandoned and the clinging, is able to abandon the part of the afflictions that is conceptually imputed; the latter two cause the coarse and subtle parts of the innate part to be abandoned. Also, to illustrate with the practice of the four mindfulnesses in the small accumulation path, the antidotes to clinging to the body as pure, feelings as pleasurable, mind as permanent, and phenomena as having self are the practice of impurity, suffering, impermanence, and no-self, which are well-known in the Paramitas and below; the second is the four inverted clingings such as purity, etc., visualizing them as the forms of the four Dakinis of the circle of Hevajra; the third is, from the bondage of the activities of body and mind, the extremely subtle empty body form, the feeling of great bliss, the mind's individual self-awareness, and the nature of all phenomena appearing as great union, which are the nature of those four, etc., should be widely understood by analogy. Second, the actual path.

The grounds are divided into five: the path of accumulation, the path of preparation, the path of seeing, the path of meditation, and the path of consummation. First, the initial attainment of empowerment and the generation-completion stages is, "Knowing well, believing, and practicing diligently is the path of accumulation," as it is said. Initially, one obtains the four ripening empowerments that bring forth the meaning of empowerment through the gate of pure ritual from a qualified Vajra Master, and the meanings of the two stages of generation and completion, which are examined by a yogi who possesses the vows and commitments of a knowledge holder, the path of complete accomplishment. Believing in the lineage is scriptural authority, then believing in the teacher is inferential authority, and then believing in one's own experience, etc., is direct perception, that is, knowing well through the three authorities. The substantial cause is the essence of the Sugata, and the cooperative condition is the two Bodhicitta, cultivating them in one's own mindstream, and possessing abundant virtues of faith and respect, etc. Then, the recitation divided into sessions such as the four sessions, and the continuous diligence of constant practice in a secluded place is practice. Possessing these is the practitioner of the path of accumulation. In the common vehicle, in the small path of accumulation, the four mindfulnesses are practiced, in the medium, the four correct abandonments are practiced, and in the great, the four legs of miraculous power are practiced, etc., as it is said to be meditated upon. This also exists in meditating on the yoga of the deity here. In the great path of accumulation, at that time, from the stream of Dharma, for the sake of obtaining vast wisdom, one will receive calm abiding and vast instructions from the Buddhas. The meaning of these is also complete, because the diligence of constant practice is the samadhi of the Dharma stream, and the qualified lama is the manifested Buddha, the emanation body, so receiving instructions from him is, it becomes the meaning of receiving instructions from the Buddhas. In the Mahayana path of accumulation, listening and contemplation are the main focus, but there is also meditation-born, so in the root text it is said to know well, believe, and practice diligently. In the commentary, the quote from Vimalaprabha is cited, that is, at the time of the path of accumulation, it is connected because it is made with the intention of mainly meditating on the withdrawal from the six-limbed yoga. Such is the path of accumulation.
