Become. Thus it is said that all five elements such as earth arise truly from emptiness, and the afflicted mind, which is grasped by the form of the alaya-consciousness and by the manner of dependence and support, is the wind of great darkness or the wind of great life, the nature of Vairochana, and in the end of death it will come out of the nostrils. The third is the method of recitation: Those four mandalas, always recite with equanimity. It is said. Below it says: Thus the wind is at the tip of the nose, contemplate the five colors, with the number of mantra recitations, recite day and night constantly. It is said. Those four mandalas of the wind, the object of recitation, if the yogi of equanimity always performs the vajra recitation, he will attain the immortal vajra body. Thus, those five minor elements of wind, at the tip of the nose of the four chakras, that is, at the center of each chakra, contemplate as five colors, the arising, entering, and abiding of the wind become one with great bliss, with the number of mantra recitations, recite day and night constantly. Here, combined with the recitation of the four vajras, on the forehead, throat, heart, body, speech, mind vajra, in the navel combined with the wisdom vajra, the recitation is done, this is the intention of the Mind Commentary. The third is to explain its meaning: Thus it is said, the meaning is the purity of recitation, showing that doubts that contradict the former should not arise. Thus it is said, the meaning of the four mandalas is that the purity of the vajra recitation of these Garland scriptures is shown, and in the former great transference, the wind of the sky transfers and the small wind runs, and the statement that the protector of the sky only runs at the time of death, do not create contradictory doubts. Thus he advises. Also, according to the view of other commentators, the former Kalachakra and Mind Commentary rules, twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths a day and night are combined with the twelve times and shown, and here the Vajra Garland and the Holy Father and Son rules, the statement of the running of the four protectors, do not think that the meanings are not the same, the former is in terms of the base stage, and the latter is the pure combination of doing vajra recitation at the time of the path.

These are to teach these. Fourth, explaining the entrance door and benefits, it is divided into three parts: the entrance door, the method of grasping, and the benefits. The first part is: The entrance door, there are two holes above, the mouth and below have three paths, the whole body is, there are four ways. As it is said, the door through which the wind enters is: the fire wind and the wind of wind enter from the two nostrils above, the water wind enters from the mouth, the earth wind enters from the three paths of excretion below, and the hermaphrodite wind enters from all the pores of the body. Thus, there are four ways. The respective entrance doors of the wind also come from the oral instructions of the lineage of gurus. Lord Marpa said: The two outer doors are closed from above, the two inner doors are closed from below, and the door of the shrine is closed from the middle. This is the meaning of what was said. The second part is: The method of grasping, exhaling, inhaling, abiding, returning, purifying, counting and calculating, non-discrimination, letting go, binding, is said to generate calm abiding. Thoroughly purify colors and shapes, it is the cause of manifesting supernatural powers and exhaustion. The vase breath has three types: upper, lower, and middle, as well as liberation, which accomplishes all actions. As it is said, as a method of grasping the wind, for the three of exhaling, inhaling, and abiding, one must count and calculate, and know the ways of going, returning, abiding, thinking, transforming, and completely purifying that follow, this is the first method of grasping that is in accordance with the commonalities. As it is said in the commentary on the Treasury of Knowledge: Counting and following, abiding and, thinking and transforming, and complete purification, are considered to be six ways. That is, the method of learning to count and calculate is: the body maintains its posture, after exhaling the impure air, the mind abides, and for the three states of external, internal exhaling, inhaling, and abiding, the mind must be focused on one point. Initially, one must start with small sessions and gradually practice to larger ones. Following refers to after that, whether this wind enters the whole body or only enters certain parts, one must focus on the going and returning that follow and meditate. Abiding refers to after that, for the state of non-discrimination that pervades everything, the mind must abide, abiding without modification. Thinking refers to after the mind is focused on the wind in this way, because one knows that there is no self-nature, one enters the state of realizing the ultimate truth. Transforming refers to transferring the mind that is focused on the wind from one place to another, thereby achieving tranquility.
