Also, as previously stated in the eighth chapter, the methods of practice based on the body's channels, winds, bindus, etc., are all included in what is said here. For example, the Hevajra nine-deity mandala is solely for the practice of the heart chakra; similarly, all the deities of the mandala are established based on the body's channels, winds, etc. Similarly, all the deities of the Eight Heruka Sadhanas are also spoken of in the Nyingma tantras and instructions as parts of the body's channels, winds, and bodhicitta. Third, summarizing the meaning: In short, the channels are the body, the winds are the mantras and letters, and the bindus are the subtle completion stage. Similarly, all the fire offerings and other activities are the basis and method of inner practice. Here, only a brief mention is made. Similarly, the grounds, paths, dharanis, samadhis, and so on, as well as the immeasurable deities and mantras, are all spoken of by the Buddha, who sees all meanings by relying on the inner distinctions of body and mind. Thus it is said. In brief, the content to be expressed in this chapter is: all the channels are the body of the deity, therefore it is the generation stage; all the winds are the nature of speech, the mantras and letters, therefore it is recitation; all the bindus are the subtle wisdom yoga of non-duality of mind, it is the completion stage. Similarly, all the practices of fire offerings and wheels, etc., are all explained as the methods of practicing the inner basis—channels, winds, and bindus, so it should be understood as explained above. Here, it is only a brief mention for the sake of explaining the excellence of the activity. Combining the deities with the inner, similarly, all the wisdom spoken of in the Paramita Vehicle, in the mandala of the Dharmadhatu Speech Empowerment, the twelve grounds and the twelve Paramitas, and the twelve dharanis, and the immeasurable samadhis, etc., all in the order of deities and mantras, relying on the inner distinctions of the appearance of body and mind, thereby seeing all meanings, are spoken of by the Buddha. Second, the title of the chapter is: From the explanation of the words that reveal the profound inner meaning, this chapter is a section that explains all the dharmas in conjunction with the basis and method of practice, that is, the explanation of the ninth chapter. Thus, the basis of practice—the Tathagatagarbha, the union of the two truths, primordially pure, through the union of the two stages.

The way of explaining how to transform into the path by binding the key points and manifesting them is twofold: the text of the chapter and the indication of the name. The first has three parts: a brief indication, a detailed explanation, and a summary of the meaning. The first is: Thus, the three roots, winds, and bindus, Appear from the part of the mind, Therefore, binding the key points of this meaning, Is superior to all the stages of the path. It is said that, as explained before, the three internal roots, winds, and bindus also appear from the part of the mind, so they are the substance of the mind. Although the nature of the mind is not dualistic in samsara and nirvana, the purity and impurity of the roots, winds, and bindus, which are the support of the mind, cause them to appear as samsara and nirvana. Therefore, the binding of the key points of these two stages, which transform the impure body into a rainbow body, like the elixir that turns stone into gold, is superior to the inferior Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, and all the stages of the Mahayana Paramita path. Because the ultimate meaning of all of these is also this path of mantra, and ultimately, one must rely on this path to attain Buddhahood. Second, the detailed explanation is divided into two parts: the common path and the uncommon path. The first part is divided into three points: the path of the Shravakas, the path of the Pratyekabuddhas, and the path of the Paramitas. The first point is: Selflessness of person, mere pacification, Quickly three existences, three births, Stream-enterer, even if delayed, seven times, This is merely self-benefit, pacification. It is said that the Shravakas are distinguished by the four noble truths, so abandoning the truths of suffering and origin, and relying on the path and cessation, manifesting cessation is the general characteristic. The difference in their view is realizing the selflessness of the person, and the difference in their intention is abandoning the obscurations of afflictions in order to attain only the pacified nirvana for oneself alone, which is the path of the Shravakas. The time to attain enlightenment by relying on this path is: if from the perspective of speed, one attains the stream-enterer fruit in one lifetime, the once-returner and non-returner fruits in the second, and the Arhat fruit in the third, so in the three existences, one manifests the inferior enlightenment on the basis of taking birth three times due to karma and afflictions. Very quickly, it is even possible to attain enlightenment in one lifetime. The stream-enterer fruit takes birth a maximum of seven times, no matter how delayed.
