ས། །སུམ་ཅུ་གཉིས་ཏེ་རྩ་བ་ཡི། །རླུང་བརྟེན་རྩ་ བཅས་སུམ་ཅུ་བདུན། །ཞེས་གསུངས་ཏེ། རྩའི་གཙོ་མོ་གསུམ་པོ་འདི་ལས་གྱེས་པའི་ཡུལ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་བཞིའི་རྩ་ཆེན་པོ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་བཞི་ཡོད་དེ། དེ་ནི་ཕྱི་རོལ་དུ་ཡུལ་ཆེན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་བཞི། གཞན་དུ་ཐུགས་གསུང་སྐུའི་འཁོར་ལོའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མའི་རང་བཞིན་ཡིན་ལ། དེའི་ཐོག་ཏུ་སྙིང་གའི་ཡན་ལག་གི་རླུང་ནི་བརྟེན་པའི་རྩ་ལྔ་དང་། རྩའི་གཙོ་མོ་གསུམ་བསྣན་པ་དང་བཅས་པས་རྩ་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་སུ་སམྦུཊི་ལས་གསུངས་ཤིང་། སོ་གཉིས་པ་དེ་ལས་བཅུ་དྲུག་པའི་ཆ་ལ་དཀར་ནག་གཉིས་ལས། དབུ་མའི་མར་སྣ་དུང་ཅན་མར་བདེ་བ་འཕེལ་བས་དཀར་ཕྱོགས་དང་མཐུན་ལ་བདུད་བྲལ་ལས་དཀར་ཆ་གྱེན་ལ་འདྲེན་པས་ནག་ཕྱོགས་དང་མཐུན་པའི་དབང་གིས་དེ་གཉིས་དོར་བའི་ལྷག་མ་རྩ་སུམ་ཅུ་པོ་ནི་ཚེས་བཅོ་ལྔ་ལ་དཀར་ནག་གི་ཆ་གཉིས་སུ་ཕྱེ་བའི་དག་པ་བདག་མེད་མ་ལྷ་མོ་བཅོ་ལྔའི་རང་བཞིན་ཡིན་ཞིང་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ཐོག་ཏུ་རྩ་བ་ཡི་རླུང་ལྔ་བརྟེན་པའི་རྩ་ལྔ་དང་བཅས་པས་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་བདུན་ནི་རྩའི་གཙོ་མོ་སོ་བདུན་ཡིན་ནོ། །རྩ་བའི་རླུང་ལྔའི་རྟེན་གྱི་ངོ་བོ་ནི། ལྟེ་འོག་མན་ནི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ཁམས་ཐུར་སེལ་འབབ་པའི་རྩ་དུང་ ཅན་མ་དང་། ལྟེ་བ་ཡན་ནམ་མཁའི་ཁམས་སྲོག་གི་རྟེན་བྱེད་པའི་རྩ་ཡིད་བཟང་མ་དང་། སྙིང་གའི་མདུན་ན་མེ་མཉམ་རྒྱུ་བའི་རྩ་སྣར་མ་དང་། མེ་མཚམས་ནས་གྱེན་རྒྱུའི་རྟེན་གླང་ཆེན་ལྕེ་དང་། ལྷོ་ནས་ཁྱབ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་རྟེན་སེར་སྐྱ་སྟེ། དེ་ལྟར་གཞི་ལ་ཕུང་ཁམས་སོ་དྲུག །ཁྱབ་བྱེད་བསམ་དུ་མེད་པའི་ཐུགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་དང་སོ་བདུན། ལམ་དུ་བྱང་ཕྱོགས་སོ་བདུན། འབྲས་བུ་ལ་འབྲས་དུས་ཀྱི་བྱང་ཕྱོགས་སོ་བདུན་དུ་འགྱུར་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །གཉིས་པ་རྩ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་བཞི་པོ་ངོས་བཟུང་བ་ལ་གསུམ། རྐྱང་མ་ལས་སྐྱེས་པའི་རྩ་བཅུ་བཞི་དང་། རོ་མ་ལས་སྐྱེས་པ་བཅུ་བཤད། དོན་བསྡུ་བའོ། །དང་པོ་ནི། འདི་ཡི་གཡོན་པའི་ཆར་སྐྱེས་པ། །མི་ཕྱེད་མ་ནི་འཚོགས་མར་གནས། །ཕྲ་གཟུགས་མ་ནི་སྤྱི་གཙུག་འབྲེལ། །རྩེ་བ་མ་ནི་རྣ་གཡས་ཏེ། །གཡོན་པ་མ་ནི་ལྟག་རྩའོ། །ཐུང་ངུ་ཞེས་བྱ་རྣ་བ་གཡོན། །རུས་སྦལ་སྐྱེས་མ་སྨིན་དབུས་ཏེ། །མིག་གི་ཕྱི་རོལ་སྒོམ་པ་མོ། །དབང་མ་ཕྲག་པ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་རྩ། །སྐྱོན་མ་མཆན་ཁུང་རྩ་ཡིན་ཏེ། །མཇུག་མ་ཞེས་བྱ་ནུ་མའི་རྩ། །མ་མོ་ལྟེ་བའི་རྩ་ཡིན་ཏེ། །སྣ་རྩེར་ཟུག་པ་མཚན་མོའོ། །ཁ་ལ་གནས་པའི་ བསིལ་སྦྱིན་མ། །མགྲིན་དབུས་ཚ་བ་མ་གནས་སོ། །རྐྱ

萨。三十二，即根本的。风所依之脉连同（根本脉）共三十七。如是说。此三条主要脉所生的二十四处之大脉有二十四条。那是外面的二十四处大处。另外是心语身轮之瑜伽母的自性。其上，心间的支分之风是所依之五脉，加上三条主要脉，共三十二脉，如桑布扎中所说。三十二条中，十六分之一分为黑白二分。中脉之上端，白色海螺状，向上增长安乐，故与白分相合，无魔离垢，故白色成分向上引导，与黑分相合之故，舍弃二者，剩余之三十脉，是十五日分为黑白二分的清净无我母十五天女的自性，三十二条之上，加上根本之五风所依之五脉，共三十七，是三十七条主要脉。五根本风之所依的体性是：脐下是智慧界，下行排除之脉白色海螺状脉。脐上是虚空界，作为命之所依的脉，善意脉。心间前面是火，等遍运行之脉，鼻脉。从火焰处向上运行之所依，象舌脉。南方是遍行之所依，黄色脉。如是，基上是三十六蕴界。遍行不可思议之心金刚和三十七。道上是三十七菩提分法。果上是结果时的三十七菩提分法转变。

Sa. Thirty-two, which are the root ones. The wind-supported channels, together with the root channels, are thirty-seven. Thus it is said. The twenty-four great channels that arise from these three main channels are twenty-four in number. These are the twenty-four great places externally. Furthermore, they are the nature of the yoginis of the wheel of body, speech, and mind. On top of that, the branch winds of the heart are the five supporting channels. Adding the three main channels, there are thirty-two channels, as stated in the Sambhuti. Of these thirty-two, one-sixteenth is divided into black and white. The upper end of the central channel, being white and conch-like, increases bliss upwards, so it is in accordance with the white aspect, and being free from demons and impurities, the white element draws upwards, so it is in accordance with the black aspect. Because of abandoning these two, the remaining thirty channels are the nature of the fifteen pure selflessness goddesses, divided into black and white on the fifteenth day. On top of the thirty-two, adding the five root winds and the five supporting channels, there are thirty-seven, which are the thirty-seven main channels. The nature of the support of the five root winds is as follows: Below the navel is the realm of wisdom, the downward-eliminating channel, the white conch-like channel. Above the navel is the realm of space, the channel that supports life, the Good Mind channel. In front of the heart is fire, the equally pervading channel, the Nose channel. The support that runs upwards from the fire boundary is the Elephant Tongue channel. From the south is the support of the pervading, the Yellowish channel. Thus, on the basis, there are thirty-six aggregates and elements. The all-pervading, inconceivable Mind Vajra and thirty-seven. On the path, there are thirty-seven factors of enlightenment. On the fruit, there are thirty-seven factors of enlightenment at the time of fruition. Second, there are three aspects to identifying the twenty-four channels: fourteen channels arising from the right channel, ten channels arising from the left channel, and a summary of the meaning.
