Its (referring to the central channel) transformations are like the life and essence of the Dharma language with definite meaning. Its names include: Avadhuti (Tibetan: ཨ་བ་དྷུ་ཏི་), meaning "the one who shakes everything"; the subtle body; Sumana (Tibetan: སུ་མ་ན); the inner single tree; Brahma's staff, and so on, many such names appear. Je Mikyö Dorje and his son divided (the central channel) into three types of central channels: the base, the path, and the result. The central channel of the base refers to: the impure body's central channel or life force, which is considered to pervade the lineage, nature, or realm of the pure resultant state (of the central channel). The (central channel) of the path refers to: through meditating on mudras and so on, wind and mind slightly enter the door of the inner central channel, thereby appearing externally as empty forms. It is the pulse and Rekha (Tibetan: རེ་ཁཱ), which in Tibetan means "line," of the Kalachakra, appearing black, about the thickness of hair, radiating immaculate light. The central channel of the resultant state is abiding in the other supreme Vajra body, which is the nature free from obscurations. Second, explaining the two channels, Ro and Kyang, there are two parts: the main text and the quotations that explain the main text. The first part is: The right and left Ro and Kyang channels, Emerge from the navel and connect to the kidneys. Then slightly converge at the heart, Passing under the armpits to the throat. From the small tip, they connect to the crown, The upper ends appear in the two nostrils. Below, the three channels converge and then separate, For the emission and retention of blood and feces. The right channel, Roma, performs this function, The left channel, Kyangma, controls urine, Emission and retention, as it is said. Above the navel, the winds circulate, At the navel, there are sixty-four channels, Nourishing all the inner and outer winds. As it is said: The right channel, Roma, and the left channel, Kyangma, both separate from four fingers below the navel, converge at the navel and then separate, connecting to the large channels of the kidneys, and then again slightly converge at the heart, connecting to the right's Serkya and the left's Ida, and also passing through the large channels under the armpits, which are the heart channels Duddula, converging at the throat. After becoming a small tip, they pass under the ears, entering the brain like the roots of a tree, connecting to the Brahma hole at the crown, pervading all the doors of the senses. Specifically, two upper ends appear in the two nostrils. Below, the three channels separate at the confluence, used for the emission and retention of the uterine blood of women and the feces of both men and women.

The function is that the right Roma nadi acts in a descending manner, and the left Kyangma nadi enables both men and women to excrete and control urine, it is said. The Kalachakra says, "The Kyangma nadi descends without moving, and the Roma nadi likewise bleeds." etc. Above the navel of the Roma and Kyangma nadis, the solar and lunar winds circulate. At the navel, the three nadis become one, from which sixty-four Kalachakra nadis are divided, or thirty-six aggregates and thirty-six elements, that is, seventy-two Kalachakra nadis, in which the winds circulate. Therefore, it nourishes and generates all the external upper and lower doors, etc., and the internal great life wind, etc. Second, this is said from the first Buddha: "That is three points downwards, and likewise upwards are three points. The Rahu tip is located in the center, the sun tip is on the right, and the moon tip is on the left. Water, fire, and sky run, from the lower ends of the right, left, and central nadis, feces, urine, and semen run. The nadi like an iron chain is the three paths of life and downward elimination." It is said that the situation of the three nadis is, from the first Buddha Kalachakra Root Tantra, the three main nadis downwards are the three tips of the nadis that excrete feces, urine, and semen, and likewise upwards are three tips. Those three tips are also Rahu, that is, the tip of the central nadi is located in the center. The sun, that is, the tip of the Roma nadi is located on the right. The moon, that is, the tip of the Kyangma nadi is located on the left. Moreover, water wind runs from the Kyangma nadi, fire wind runs from the Roma nadi, and sky wind runs from the central nadi. From the lower ends of the right, left, and central three nadis, feces, urine, and semen run in order. At the center of each chakra, like an iron chain, the nadis are intertwined and exist in the branching nadis. Above the center of those three nadis is the path of the three lives of the sun, moon, and Rahu, and below the center is the path of the three downward eliminations of feces, urine, and semen. Third, explaining the main nadis is divided into three parts: general overview, identifying the twenty-four nadis, and explaining the hidden five nadis. First: The main nadis that branch out from this, twenty-four, that is, of the heart, the branches are the nadis that rely on wind, five and three main nadis.
