Not seeing any form of matter, and opening eyes without defects, the form of matter such as the moon becomes clearly visible. If you squint and look, even though there is only one form of matter such as the moon, you will see two, because the illusion caused by squinting appears as two. According to the order of these three examples, merely knowing the abandonment and realization spoken of in the external manifestation, but not understanding the key points of the support, channels, winds, and bodhicitta, one cannot directly see the wisdom that has mastery over samsara and nirvana as being non-dual. If one grasps the key points of the support, channels, winds, and bodhicitta, one will directly see the ten signs and the qualities of bliss, clarity, and non-thought, as well as the wisdom of the path of appearance and emptiness being non-dual. Although the meaning of the generation stage and its branches does not establish other meanings outside of the mind, because one has the power to show and manifest various emanations to others, one manifests the deity and mandala wheel that are completely conceived by conceptual thought. This is also the reason for doing so. The first example illustrates the difference between internal and external manifestations, the second example illustrates the difference of the completion stage, and the third example illustrates the difference of the manifestation of the generation stage. In short, in order to quickly generate the higher wisdom training spoken of in the Abhidharma Pitaka, and to have skillful means, and to directly realize the wisdom of the path and the fruit, therefore, all tantric scriptures are established as "the Abhidharma of inner meaning." Second, in relation to the Sutra Pitaka: As it is said, "Other explanations of deities, mandalas, etc., grounds, paths, perfections, dharanis, mantras, and aspects of enlightenment, exhaustion, subjugation, etc., are said to be sutras and perfections for the sake of accomplishment, profundity, and vastness." Similarly, in the Sutra Pitaka of the outer path, the Prajnaparamita Vehicle, as the stages of grounds and paths of the higher mind training are spoken of, in the tantras, the deity visualization and mandala practice spoken of in other mandala wheels are also the ten inner grounds and proximity, etc., the five paths and the ten perfections, and the dharanis, mantras, and the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, including secret mantras and vidya mantras, and the branches of the generation and completion stages, with exhaustion and subjugation, etc.

Because of clear knowledge and other things related to samadhi for accomplishing the benefit of oneself and others, it shows many profound and vast aspects. The Vajrayana is referred to as the inner Sutra Pitaka and Paramita. Third, in relation to the Vinaya: Externally, it is the protection and restraint of body and speech, the Vinaya that possesses its own nature. Internally, for the sake of oneself and others, without being confused, through the skillful means of skillful means, transforming afflictions into wisdom. Therefore, it is said to be the inner Vinaya. It is said that there are two types of Vinaya, outer and inner. The outer Vinaya, as stated in the four divisions of the Vinaya Pitaka, etc., protects and restrains the seven abandonments of body and speech, along with their retinue. It is the Vinaya that possesses the vows of abandoning faults, including natural faults and prescribed faults, and becomes a means of accomplishing peace, which is the Vinaya of the Paramita Vehicle. Internally, as stated in the Tantras, without being confused about one's own benefit and the benefit of others, after generating the two bodhicitta, protecting the vows of the Vinaya, and through the skillful means of the generation stage and completion stage, transforming all afflictions into wisdom, thereby subduing the faults of afflictions and liberating all sentient beings from the faults of samsara. Therefore, the Mantra Vehicle is said to be the superior Vinaya of learning the Vinaya of inner meaning. Therefore, it is believed that the Secret Mantra itself possesses all three Pitakas. That is, all dharmas are shown separately without mixing their own characteristics and general characteristics, and all external supports and supported are combined internally. From the perspective of directly realizing wisdom, it is the Abhidhamma. From the perspective of showing the reality of the stages of the path, the aspects of enlightenment, the exhaustion of afflictions, the power of subjugation, direct knowledge, and the profound emptiness as they are, it is the Sutra Pitaka. From the perspective of equally protecting all incompatible aspects of body, speech, and mind, and showing the means of subduing afflictions based on one's own special precepts, it is the Vinaya. Because it is in accordance with or possesses all three Pitakas, it is called the Pitaka of Vidyadharas. Third, it shows the general and special necessity of knowing these: Because of knowing the Vinaya, Abhidhamma, and Sutra Pitaka, one becomes an achiever of the fruits of Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. Practicing the profound Sutra, Vinaya, and Abhidhamma will transform into a Bodhisattva, without skillful means.
