All the minds are absorbed into the foreheads of all beings, and all their qualities, powers, and blessings of body appear in the form of white light. Absorbing into the foreheads of the main deity and retinue of the front generation, all the blessings of the body of the main deity and retinue of the front generation are gathered, and they return from the forehead in the form of white light. Absorbing into one's own forehead, one obtains all the blessings of body, and with the firm pride of "I am the embodiment of the body of all Buddhas," one recites the mantra. Similarly, from the throat, red light emanates, transmitting speech; from the heart, blue light emanates, transmitting mind; from the navel, yellow light emanates, transmitting qualities; from the secret place, green light emanates, transmitting activities, and one recites the mantra. After that, one performs the four offerings, the four praises, and offers the tsok and torma, etc. In general, among the three methods of practice, if one mainly practices self-generation, then at the end of each session of self-generation, or at the end of two sessions, or at the end of the last session, one performs the visualization and recitation of the front generation, and one visualizes that the protective circle of the front generation, etc., is included within the self-generation mandala. When the front generation is mainly practiced, at the beginning of each session, or at the beginning of the first session, one performs the visualization and recitation of self-generation, and one also includes the protective circle of self-generation, etc., within the Dharma origin of the front generation, and one mostly practices the front generation itself. When practicing equally, either the mandalas are different, or one gathers the self-generation and transfers it to the front generation, and it is said that each session is practiced with the upper part being self-generation and the lower part being front generation. In general, one first mainly practices self-generation, and after a certain number of recitations have been completed, one mainly practices front generation for equal practice and the practice of nectar, etc., and after obtaining stable realization, one practices the generation and completion stages indivisibly, without any difference between self and front, and simultaneous and subsequent practices, etc. Third, the practice of vase, etc., is done as it is said in the twelfth empowerment instruction. After purifying the vase, etc., one visualizes a red vase arising from (藏文:བྷྲཱུྃ,梵文天城体:भ्रूं,梵文罗马拟音:bhrūṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable) in the center of the vase with characteristics, one visualizes the Dharma origin mandala and the five deities of reliance, and one establishes the seed syllables. One visualizes the red (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable) syllable filled with color on the vermillion mandala. The light of the seed syllables

All the deities of the mandala are invited to the sky above in the form of Chakrasamvara, father and mother, pervading the sky. From the point of union, a stream of nectar descends, dissolving into the syllable HRIḤ (ཧྲཱིཿ,hrih,hrīḥ,舍) without ceasing. As the syllable HRIḤ (ཧྲཱིཿ,hrih,hrīḥ,舍) becomes heavy and oily, the stream of nectar descends, filling the mandala of sindhura. Flowing out again, it fills the wheel of the dakinis' subjugation. Flowing out again, it fills the red mandala. Then it also flows out, filling the skull cup. Flowing out again, it fills the vase, and finally, it is contemplated that the supports of the vase and skull cup also dissolve into nectar. Place the binding cord vajra on top of the sindhura mandala, hold the binding cord, and recite. If you are accomplishing nectar pills or medicine, then this alone is the main thing to do. The substance of the skull cup boiling and expanding, emitting a good smell, and increasing in quantity are signs of accomplishment. Warmth, smoke, and burning are the signs of inferior, intermediate, and supreme accomplishment. In general, if a beginner is a little dull, then first, as a substitute for recitation, practice only self-generation without making a mandala, and later practice with a mandala. When practicing with a mandala, at the end, near the completion of the practice, take hundreds or thousands of self-entries. Fourth, the mandala is withdrawn: at the time of the vase water empowerment, take accomplishment. Withdraw the inner and outer mandalas of the sindhura mirror from the edges and apply them to the navel and heart. Keep the remainder in a kapala bowl. If the essence of the skull cup is inner offering, then drink it as accomplishment, and if it is medicine or pills, then after accomplishment, first offer the best to the lama, and give one portion to the dharma friends who are practicing. Make the remaining pills the size of mustard seeds, and experience one each time. Wrap the skull cup with the sindhura mirror and the red mandala, and carry it under your arm when walking, or keep it in a secluded place when staying. Contemplate that the colored powder mandala dissolves into light from the edges, sweep the space of the courtyard from outside to inside, and then on top of the dharma origin of the kitchen stove, pile up fragrant red wood in the shape of a dharma origin, with a height of half a rgya'i phyed Without harming the names of the deities, etc., fill it slightly with fragrant wood. Light it with the fire of the sangha's common fire or the king's fire, etc., and place it in the center. The wisdom deities of the mandala
