Entering one's own mouth from the mouth. Dissolving into the hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥) at the heart, and again meditating like a spark. After a while, meditating on transforming into a mantra garland. Drung Jamyang Khyenpo meditated on the mantra wheel and seed syllable as a mouth-union, from which rays of light and the form of the mantra garland's body were transmitted. Then, according to what was said, "Going to the lotus of the mother," etc., do and recite, and the wisdom of bliss and emptiness will arise, so said Nyanre Gedun Bum. In the sadhana of Hevajra, "Ocean Born," it says: Thereafter, the recitation of various mantras is by uttering the collection of mantra syllables. Those arise from the mouth of the goddess, and together with rays of light, enter one's own mouth, arise from the vajra path, and descend into the lotus of the goddess. From the mouth of the goddess to my mouth, in sequence, the mantra should be continuously revolved. As such, Maitripa also agrees, like a lamp, and Shri Anand also explains as expanding from the seed, etc., and it is also explained in the Jewel Flame. Alternatively, there are also recitations called "doli," meaning "container," and "wheel recitation," and this is said to be the view of the great treatises. These are the expanding and contracting recitations. Secondly, the stopping recitation is: Oneself as the father and mother, from the hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥) and essence at the heart, red rays of light arise mutually and intermingle, transforming body, speech, and mind into a mass of light, and by placing one's mind single-pointedly on the samadhi of illusion, the thoughts of grasping and being grasped are stopped, this is the stopping recitation. As it is said in the Tantra of Padma Raja: The mind is secluded, there is no bad realization, seeing phenomena as without inherent existence, it is the collection of illusion, clear and inconceivable, it is clear light. And from the Vamakalma: All the deities and offerings transform into red rays of light and dissolve into oneself, and oneself also transforms into a mass of red light. The meaning is that by reducing attachment to appearances, one sees appearances as illusions. Thirdly, the recitation related to the completion stage includes the vajra recitation and the instructions on the five wheels. First, the vajra recitation is: Within the emptiness of one's own body as the form of Gyalwa Gyatso, having clarified the three channels, at the upper end of the central channel is the nature of the guru, the syllable haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:啥), and at the lower end, four fingers below the navel, in the center of the single-pointed dharmodaya is a-shad.

Meditate on the Caṇḍālī of four fingers' width, like the six dharmas. Here, Drung Jamyang Chenpo says: First, clearly establish the three channels of wind practice. At the top of the central channel, visualize the letter "ཧཾ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum), and at the root, visualize Caṇḍālī. Mix the warmth and radiance of the fire and the light of the mantra garland with the wind and emit them. Letting the movement of the wind remain in its natural state becomes the recitation of twenty-one thousand six hundred times. It is said. Also, since the wind practice precedes, the warmth of the fire and the light of the mantra garland are mixed with the wind at the appropriate time. It starts from wherever the single taste flows. The three places of the wind's arising, entering, and abiding are either the three syllables "ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओम्,आः,हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, āḥ, huṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om, Ah, Hum), or the mantra garland, or the light of the fire. Enter and gather whatever you like. When abiding, think of dissolving into Caṇḍālī and the mantra wheel. Subjugate beings with love and compassion to accomplish activities, or gather the Buddhas of the ten directions and cultivate the embodiment of indivisible body, speech, and mind as the Great Bliss of the Sambhogakāya. Whatever you do, mixing the wind's movement with its natural state is Vajra recitation. This is according to the scripture: All the Buddhas of the three times, sentient beings, trees of love, etc., wherever and whenever needed, mix and dissolve them with the wind without separation. It is said. In more detail, the scripture says: Invite the Buddhas of the ten directions, mix them with the wind, dissolve them into the fire, and generate the Great Bliss of the Sambhogakāya. Subjugate the six kinds of beings, cultivate Bodhicitta, and when generating compassion, inhale the wind and dissolve it into the fire. The Nirmāṇakāya tames beings and manifests activities in whatever way. This is the meaning. Second, the method of manifesting the great bliss body of inseparable bliss and emptiness, the great luminosity, is the oral instruction of the five chakras: Visualize yourself as the body of Cakrasaṃvara, and in the center of the emptiness, clearly establish the three channels and five chakras. Meditate on Caṇḍālī at the secret place and the letter "ཧཾ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) at the crown of the head. At the secret place, the pleasure-sustaining wheel, in the center of the thirty-two petals, visualize the seed of jealousy, a bindu or green "ཧཾ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum). At the navel, the emanation wheel, in the center of the yellow sixty-four petals, visualize the seed of pride, yellow "ཏྲཾ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: त्रं, Romanized Sanskrit: traṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Tram). At the heart, the Dharma wheel, in the center of the blue eight petals, visualize the seed of hatred, dark blue "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum). At the throat, the enjoyment wheel, in the center of the red sixteen petals, visualize desire.
