Sounds arise, and so on. To summarize what has been said into verses: Soft, pleasing, and agreeable, Pure, stainless, bright, and beautiful. Worthy to hear, unmixed, pleasant, and gentle, Not coarse, not violent, extremely gentle. Pleasing to the ear, body, and mind are satisfied, Heart is joyful, opening, increasing joy and happiness. Completely without annoyance, all know, Clear, distinct, and extremely manifest. Causing joy and exceeding joy, Universally knowing, extremely distinct. Related to reason, without repetition, possessing the power of a lion's roar. Like the sound of an elephant, like the roar of a dragon, The sound of a naga, gandharva, and kalaviṅka, The sound of Brahma, the sound of shaṃshaṃte'u, The sound of the king of gods and the sound of a drum, Not arrogant and not humble, Following after all sounds. Words without flaw, without repetition, Without lack and without discouragement, Not weak, extremely joyful, and pervasive, Understanding, constant, and related, Perfecting all sounds. Satisfying all faculties, Not despised, unchanging, not rash, Famous throughout the circle of existence. Pacifying desire, subduing anger, Dispelling ignorance, cutting off the armies of demons, Possessing all supreme aspects, These are the sixty-four qualities of speech. Thus it is said. In the Sutra of the Definitive Revelation of the Great Compassion of the Tathagata, it is said that showing the Dharma that has fruit and speaking definitive words, etc., are more than the sixty-four qualities. The eight powers have many aspects. In the Compendium of Conduct, it says, "Their characteristics are these: subtlety of form, lightness of touch, pervasiveness, true attainment, extreme manifestation, demonstration, mastery, and transformation at will." Thus, eight are spoken of. In the Oral Instructions of Manjushri, it says: From that beginningless cycle of existence, Constancy and non-harming, Coolness and oneness, Bliss and stainlessness, Joy and non-affliction of mind, These are the eight tastes of experiencing great bliss. Thus it is said. The glorious Naropa, in the external commentary on the Hevajra Tantra, says that at the end of obtaining the vajra power of body, speech, and mind, body, speech, and mind are merely symbolic. As Naroji said, in the Great Supreme Vajra Glory, the power of body, the power of speech, and likewise, the power of mind.

Wealth and, the power of miraculous transformations that pervade everywhere, and, the eight meanings of desire-fulfilling and power. Quoting thus, obtaining the Vajra of Body is the power of Body, obtaining the Vajra of Speech is the power of Speech, obtaining the Vajra of Mind is the power of Mind, transforming freely in the three realms is the power of miraculous transformations, pervading all is the power of being born in all places, enjoying all the retinues of consorts is the power of desire, constantly abiding in the mandala of great liberation is the power of place, becoming the chief of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas is the power of retinue, thus it is considered to be eightfold. Some say that at the time of the Bhagavan of Sambhuta: "Power, beautiful form, splendor, and perfection, these six are called shares." Thus, on top of the six qualities, adding self-benefit and other-benefit, it is explained as eightfold. Generally, the non-Buddhists are: "Whatever is subtle and solitary, born and dwells," etc., thus the eight qualities of pervasiveness and permanence, they explain as corresponding to the deity Ishvara. In mantra also, in order to introduce non-Buddhists, only the terminology is combined with non-Buddhists. Therefore, the eight qualities mentioned in the Compendium of Conduct are quoted from the terminology of non-Buddhists. Similarly, it also possesses seven limbs, realizing enlightenment in that very Suchness is the unsurpassed limb, the establishment of E-vam (ཨེ་ཝཾ།) (E vaṃ, अ इ वं, a i vaṃ) as non-dual is the union limb, the purification of all dharmas in supreme and unchanging bliss in all aspects is the great bliss limb, the arising of the enjoyment of all dharmas is the perfect enjoyment limb, the continuous and uninterrupted reaching of the end of all boundaries of samsara and nirvana is the uninterrupted limb, the unwavering movement from samsara due to the habituation of great compassion is the limb of being certainly filled with compassion, the complete removal of all boundaries is the unimpeded limb, possessing seven. The body that transcends one and many, performing the benefit of going in an instant with infinite forms is, from the Tantra of the Great Seal Bindu: "After the meaning is grasped, then separately, with various forms themselves, in some, desire is practiced, and in some, a mind free from desire, in some, a peaceful form, and in some, possessing pride."
