Those things that appear as rain, even if they are not in Tibet, are praised with songs and dances of their respective regions and seasons. The songs are also not fixed, because the dohas of the great Indian siddhas are mostly sung and danced when they are used. In short, in order to bind desire to great bliss with the single-pointed memory of non-discrimination, the yogi sings with the pride of Amitabha and dances with the pride of Heruka. The yogini sings with the pride of the white-clad mother and dances with the pride of Vajravarahi. This is the supreme method of protecting oneself, one's place, and one's yoga, and of making the deities free. The yogi who does not steal memory, whatever is the form of Heruka, is not free from desire, but cultivates with a habitual mind, with a mind of desire. Vajradharma and the Buddhas, as well as the yoginis and mothers, with these songs and dances, sing well, whatever they do. By this alone, one can protect the mandala, and also protect oneself. By this, one can control the world. So it is said. In short, for that yogi, all verbal expressions are recitation and vajra songs, wherever the feet are placed is the mandala, all movements of the limbs and changes of the fingers are mudras and dances, and whatever is thought is meditation. In the chapter on Suchness in the first section, it says: By thoroughly examining the vowels and consonants (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ལྀ་ཀཱ་ལྀ།), verbal expression is correctly explained as recitation. The trace of the feet is the mandala itself. Therefore, the mandala should be proclaimed. The changing of the hands is a mudra, and the twisting of the fingers is also the same. Because all thoughts are meditation, what is thought is meditation. And, in the chapter on symbols and places, it says: There is nothing that should not be done, there is nothing that should never be eaten, there is nothing that should not be thought of here, there is nothing good or bad that should not be said. As oneself, so are others. Likewise, oneself is me, the most supreme. In this way, practice yoga with the mind, enjoy food and drink, and so on. As many changes as there are in the limbs, and the chakras are fully expanded, entering the glorious place of Heruka, there are that many mantras and mudras. So it is said. Pure wisdom has form, and what is the difference between the various discriminations of samsara?

It is not slightly existent, because one enters by understanding this meaning. The definitive meaning is that in the Kalachakra, due to the purification of the left-turning wind, starting from the left turn, due to the purification of the movement of the earth mandala, it is explained in the ways of dwelling between the vajra seats. It is said: Song is the completely pure mantra, dance is what should be meditated upon. Therefore, the wind and sound aggregates become the vajra mantra, which is song and recitation. The continuous meditation of bliss and emptiness, inseparable from method and wisdom, is dance. In the Tantra of the Arrangement of Secret Ornaments, it says: Perfectly united with the four goddesses, the bliss of union is perfectly present. The Bhagavan, the desirous one, performs the dance, the vajra stands erect, etc. The nature of all who dwell here is the secret essence, the great sage. By the equal union of the vajra goddess, the dancer performs all the dances. Also, in the First Buddha, it says: Flowers, sandalwood, lotus, etc., as seen, become bliss, this is the joy that is truly proclaimed, truly present in all sentient beings. The vajra lotus is equally united, wherever the mind dwells, whatever the nature of the mind is, this is called great joy. Also, in Equal Union, it says: Every day or every month, or likewise every year, after being blessed as it is, the Buddha, the supreme bliss, should be danced. So it is. If asked, how long should this practice of enjoyment with objects be done? In the Guhyasamaja Tantra, it says: If it is six months, it is said that it should be practiced for six months. In Hevajra, there is also the ritual of Je Mar Ngok, which says that it should be practiced for three months or six months or seven months. If it is not accomplished by this, then stop the practice and perform the fierce assembly. These are the general characteristics of the practice with objects. If divided into individual aspects, there are also those who practice enjoyment with objects without relying on external things and companions, such as the Lord of Yoga, Tilopa, when he acted as the son of the sister of the resident, he practiced only in the form of a monk. Zhang Yudrakpa, after practicing Vajrayogini, in order to generate realization, did six months of ascetic practice, beating travelers on the road, stealing the plows of farmers to plow the fields and turn the soil.
