This is about the meaning of practicing non-dual wisdom. The essence of these two is: the Vajra emptiness and the skull cup guarding bliss, therefore, through the practice of inseparable bliss and emptiness, the khaT+vAMga and the caM+Te'u are the meaning of recitation and meditation. In the Buddha Skull Sutra it is also said: Vajra Buddha thus said, the skull cup truly abides in the secret place. Thus, through the practice of inseparable emptiness and compassion, one will abide in non-proliferation. Fourth, the practice of not transgressing vows and precepts has seven aspects: abandoning perversion, the preliminary practices of conduct, conduct free from conceptualization, prostrating to the Guru as the cause of accomplishment, showing liberation from the vows of karma, fearless conduct, and the conduct of great compassion. The first is: greed, delusion, fear and anger, the fruits of shame are completely abandoned. Having abandoned sleep, one should practice without doubt. As it is said, the yogi who begins to practice asceticism, if he has not yet obtained the three kinds of slight warmth, then, for the enjoyment of the five desirable qualities of outer and inner, the attachment of greed is very strong; for the state of pleasure, pain and equanimity, he is completely deluded by ignorance; because he has not abandoned the inferior view, he feels fear and dread towards non-humans and so on; for unpleasant states, he is disturbed by anger; merely because of worldly attachment, he generates shameful discriminations; and the result is discouragement and despondency, or, he completely abandons the desire for temporary worldly happiness and the fruits of common accomplishment. Here, the teacher Shantideva says: sleep is a great obstacle for yogis, and dependence on the survival of the body is also the root of obstacles for yogis. As it is said, one who belongs to the category of ignorance also abandons sleep, and practices without interruption, without any doubt about accomplishment or non-accomplishment. By these examples, one should also abandon dullness or lethargy that cannot clearly visualize, as well as excitement and joy belonging to the category of desire, and agitation that does not pacify the mind due to recollection, and regret caused by doing unwholesome deeds, etc.

To! Secondly: After giving the gift of the body, from then on, practice truthfully, by distinguishing between those who are destined and those who are not, therefore one should not give. Thus it is said. This is also the beginning of practice, at dawn, in the space in front, visualize the lama, the Buddha, and the Bodhisattva, offer the body, and then engage in practice. Furthermore, in the Sambhuta Tantra it says: "For the sake of benefiting sentient beings, one should practice the great heroic conduct." It also says: "Adorn sentient beings with limbs, and practice happiness by seeking happiness." Thus it is said, abandoning the attachment to the body, dedicating it to accomplish the benefit of all sentient beings equal to space, after giving the gift of the body, abide in the discipline of the unwavering Bodhicitta, put on the armor of patience, and after that, diligently practice truthfully. The latter half of the sentence has three meanings: First, someone asks whether to truly give the body to beggars? Those who are able to restore it to its original state by the power of the true words of oneself and the beggar are destined; those who are hindered by demons seeking opportunities are not destined, after distinguishing, one can give or not give. Second, with the power of meditation, distinguish between those who are destined and those who are not, thereby understanding the minds of others, therefore, for a suitable vessel, accomplish benefit by giving the Dharma; for an unsuitable vessel, one should not give the Dharma. Third, the mudra of conventional Bodhicitta, there are also those that can be given and those that cannot be given, one should also understand this well. As for these three, why not give to those who are not destined? Because if you give to them, it will become a cause of a root downfall. The practice of asceticism is accompanied by downfalls, so one should never do it. Third is: Food and drink, no matter how they are obtained, should be enjoyed to the fullest. One should not merely be attached to distinguishing between what is liked and disliked. The practice of eating and not eating, similarly, drinking and not drinking, walking and not walking, with mantras, one should not distinguish. Thus it is said. If the yogis who practice in this way practice with vows, will they be accompanied by worldly discriminations? No, food etc.
