Or, from the sound of "Bala," it generates the power of the two accumulations, which is the mantra of the Torma. Furthermore, the sound of "Bhuta" has seven meanings, and it also includes the truth of speaking correctly, thus encompassing the transcendent, according to Jampa, the all-knowing one. The detailed order of this Torma will be explained in the following section. The definitive meaning is: the door of the Dharani of the unborn nature of all dharmas is A (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), "A is the best of all letters," which means that all dharmas are combined with the nature of the unborn Mahamudra, and the sound of the power of "Bala" transforms into the essence of wisdom with unborn power, and satisfies the five aggregates of beings born from earth and other elements, according to the view of glorious Naropa. The second part has six aspects: the seed syllables of the five families, the heart essence of Hevajra, the way to distinguish them with the five, the mantra to disturb the city, the seed syllables of the fifteen goddesses, and the mantras of the three Herukas. The first part is: bhrūṃ (Tibetan: བྷྲུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Bulong) āṃ (Tibetan: ཨཱཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: आं, Sanskrit Romanization: āṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Am) jriṃ (Tibetan: ཛྲིཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ज्रिं, Sanskrit Romanization: jriṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Zilin) khaṃ (Tibetan: ཁཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: खं, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Kang) hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) are the seed syllables of the Tathagatas. It is said that these five are the seed syllables of the generation stage, used to stimulate the heart essence, and placed on the wheels in the completion stage. Explaining in detail: bhrūṃ (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Bulong) maṃ (Tibetan: མཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: मं, Sanskrit Romanization: maṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Mang) buṃ (Tibetan: བུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: बुं, Sanskrit Romanization: buṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Bum) is the seed syllable of Vairochana, whose special name "Buddha" begins with the letter "Bu" and is given the bindu of the wisdom part. Similarly, the āṃ (Tibetan: ཨཱཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: आं, Sanskrit Romanization: āṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Am) of Ratnasambhava is also the same, whose name is the Sanskrit word for "sun," that is, the "A" of Āditya or Ārka with a bindu. Showing the etymological letter of Amitabha's jriṃ (Tibetan: ཛྲིཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ज्रिं, Sanskrit Romanization: jriṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Zilin): Jagatam (འགྲོ་བ་ལ།) means "beings," Rāga (ཆགས་པ།) means "attachment," Īśvara (དབང་ཕྱུག) means "freedom," these are summarized as having a bindu. The khaṃ (Tibetan: ཁཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: खं, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Kang) of Amoghasiddhi is the first letter "Kha" of the name Khaḍga of its symbol sword, and is decorated with a bindu. The seed syllable hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) of Akshobhya transforms into the meaning of abandoning the grasper and the grasped, according to Karmapa, while the view of Gyalwa Rangjung Dorje appears in stainless light. The meaning of the activities and names is also explained by Ratnākaraśānti: merely focusing on the thought in the mind is buṃ (Tibetan: བུཾ་མོ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: बुं, Sanskrit Romanization: buṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Bum). The thought that is equal to self and all Buddhas is āṃ (Tibetan: ཨཱཾ་ངོ་།, Sanskrit Devanagari: आं, Sanskrit Romanization: āṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Am). The thought of the power to focus on purifying beings is jriṃ (Tibetan: ཛྲཱིཾ་ངོ་།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ज्रिं, Sanskrit Romanization: jriṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Zilin). The thought of pervading the sky with elaboration is kha.

Oṃ! Yes! This is both body, speech, and mind, so Hūṃ! It is said. It should be universally known that "Buṃ" symbolizes Vairocana. In essence, the Suchness of the five aggregates is shown to be the purity of the five Buddhas from the beginning. The second is: Oṃ deva picu vajra hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā! It is the essence of Hevajra. It is said that this is needed for the mantra recitation of the path's generation stage, the initiation's practice, and the accomplishment of the fruit's activity collection. The essence of the other three Herukas is also the same as this bond. The meaning of the words is: Oṃ deva picu vajra is the name of the deity Akṣobhya Vajra or the deity Mañjuvajra. The three Hūṃs are the indivisibility of body, speech, and mind. Phaṭ means to be joyful and delighted in action. Svāhā means to establish a foundation. This is the essence of Hevajra with eight faces and sixteen arms, thirteen letters. The method of accomplishment will be explained in detail in the fifth chapter of the lower tantra. Also, according to the view of Ḍaṃgadaśa, which combines the meaning of this mantra with the deity of the generation stage, Oṃ symbolizes the body vajra. Deva is the deity, that is, the deity appearing in the form of its own nature, face, and hands. Picu is tiny, that is, radiating and gathering extremely tiny emanations. Vajra is the vajra or indivisible, that is, the body of non-dual wisdom. This shows the main deity. The eight letters such as Hūṃ represent the eight attendant goddesses, that is, they are considered to represent the nine deities of the essence of skillful means and wisdom. The view of glorious Nāropa is: The letter Oṃ is the first letter of the mantra, accomplishing the deity, symbolizing the ultimate Dharma nature. Deva is playing or enjoying, that is, playing and enjoying with various emanations for the benefit of sentient beings. Picu is love, that is, immaculate compassion. Vajra is indivisible, that is, symbolizing the meaning of the inseparability of skillful means and wisdom. Summarizing the meaning of the words, with loving compassion, playing for the benefit of beings, fundamentally urging the body, speech, and mind that are inseparable from emptiness and compassion. Alternatively, Deva is the Sambhogakāya, Picu is the Nirmāṇakāya, Vajra is the Dharmakāya, all are inseparable Svābhāvikakāya. The three Hūṃs symbolize the body, speech, and mind vajra, which is the view of the Sakya uncle and nephew. In essence, it is prostration.
