Even for a moment, yogis do not stay in places of weeping and wailing. It is said, having previously briefly explained the time of practice, the detailed distinctions of heat arise here. Having meditated in this way, once a yogi has attained heat, at all times, they will not be frightened or terrified by humans or non-humans, and will be liberated from the fear of the lower realms. Mental illnesses and the power of demons will not delude them into madness. Likewise, there will be no epidemics of contagious diseases such as leprosy and smallpox, and no things that cause mental suffering. There will be no sorrow or pain from separation from loved ones, meeting with the unloved, and so on. Kings and others will not bind or harm them, and rakshasas and others will not harm them closely. Attachment to beautiful things, hatred to unpleasant things, and ignorance to neutral things—even these three intense poisons of affliction will not be able to afflict them. Therefore, the practitioner is not afflicted by afflictions, and having attained patience, they will certainly reach the path of joining. Being able to benefit others, that is, to guide disciples; being able to harm others, that is, to subdue the wicked, will bring about great meaning in this life and the next. In this way, once it is definitely known and manifested by oneself and others, if one practices accordingly, how could yogis, even for a moment, stay in hellish places of weeping and wailing, and go or stay there? The following words, though not appearing in this translation, are consistent in other translations and Chinese commentaries. Alternatively, the Sanskrit word for "weeping and wailing" is "Raurava," which also includes the meaning of clamor. Therefore, it can be explained that such yogis, because their continuum possesses clamor, do not stay even for a moment. Ngokpa and his followers, as well as Jigten Sumgön, also hold this view: having a small amount of heat means that one does not fear the lower realms, one's mind is not confused and driven mad, one does not experience the suffering of samsara, and one is not harmed by the pain of sorrow. Not being afflicted by afflictions such as attachment is medium heat. Manifesting the results of benefit and harm through views and so on is considered a sign of having attained great heat. Therefore, one must definitely attain great heat in wisdom, conduct, and so on, because this increases one's realization.

After that, one can obtain vast lands and must be able to inherit from others. Other wise ones say that from "destroying madness" to "not generating afflictions" is a small warmth sign, producing any kind of benefit or harm is medium, and both occurring are said to be great signs. The third is: committing the five inexpiable sins, delighting in killing beings, as well as any other inferior rebirth, ignorant and cruel actions, ugly form with incomplete limbs, through thought, these can all be accomplished. Accustoming oneself to the ten virtues, respecting the guru, subduing the senses, liberating from pride and anger, through these, temporary accomplishment is certain. Thus it is said, this shows the greatness of the Vajrayana's particularly excellent means. "Inexpiable" means that if one commits these, after death there is no other interval, one will fall into the Avici hell. Its actions are killing one's own parents and arhats, and causing dissension in the sangha, likewise drawing blood from the Tathagata with evil intent, these five are the actions. Delighting in killing many beings, like a butcher. Any other inferior rebirth, referring to being born into a low caste, such as women or Chandalas, and being regarded as inferior by the world. Being ignorant of karma and its results, therefore not knowing what to adopt and abandon. Cruel actions refer to taking what is not given, stealing, etc., engaging in evil deeds. Ugly forms that should not be looked at, incomplete limbs. This represents that even those born in any unfree state should confess the sins they have committed before, then abide in vows, with steadfast faith in the secret mantra, through remembering the guru's instructions on the means of skillful methods, diligently practicing yoga, then these people can also, through the aforementioned signs, symbolize the desired accomplishments, and achieve them in other or this life. If even committing evil deeds like this can be accomplished at will, then if someone practices the ten virtues that are the opposite of the ten non-virtues, thereby making the continuum habitual, that is, having profound prior practice, disregarding body and life, respectfully relying on the guru, through faith, diligence, samadhi, and wisdom, subduing one's own senses, making them capable, from the previously mentioned seven types of pride and anger in the continuum.
