In between and the five families, Samaya Tvam (藏文：ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: समय स्त्वं, Sanskrit Romanization: samaya stvaṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Vow You). And for the rest, Surata Tvam (藏文：སུ་ར་ཏ་སྟྭཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सुरत स्त्वं, Sanskrit Romanization: surata stvaṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Joy You). With this, make the vajra knot. Two, Ahaṃ (藏文：ཨ་ཧཾ།). Recite the Kunjikā heart mantra three times. Likewise, recite the beginning and ending mantras, and the arrival mantras of the respective deities, in various ways. From the mudra, bring together and raise Oṃ (藏文：ༀ), Trāṃ (藏文：ཏྲཱཾ), and Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ). Bend the two Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ) and Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ) like lotuses. The two Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ) and Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ) like jewels. Bring together Oṃ (藏文：ༀ) and Āḥ (藏文：ཨཿ), and make the rest blaze. Then turn it to the left, these are the four departures. Bring together the Trāṃ (藏文：ཏྲཱཾ) of the mudra, combine the two Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ), and make it like eyes. Place the two Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ) and Āḥ (藏文：ཨཿ) inside, and press down with Oṃ (藏文：ༀ) on top. From the vajra palms, raise the two Trāṃ (藏文：ཏྲཱཾ), and on the surface, bend the two Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ) like vajra fences. From the palms, make the two Trāṃ (藏文：ཏྲཱཾ) like lotuses. From that, bring together the two Trāṃ (藏文：ཏྲཱཾ), combine the two Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ) from behind, and bring together the two Oṃ (藏文：ༀ), these are the four mothers. From the vajra knot, join and extend the two Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ) as vajras. Then bend the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ) on its right side. From that, extend the two Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ), and break the first joint. From that, bend the two Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ) again, and shake the handbell. From that, break the middle two joints of the two Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ). From that, make the three Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ), Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ), and Āḥ (藏文：ཨཿ) into palms. Then place it on the crown of the head. Then place it near the mouth. From the mudra, make the two Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ) like lotuses. From that, break the first two joints of the two Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ). From that, bend the two Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ) and make them round. From that, slightly open the two Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ). From that, open them a little more. Open them very wide. From that, bend the two tips. Bend those two completely and make the mudra, these are the sixteen heroes. Bring together and extend the two Oṃ (藏文：ༀ) of the mudra. Then extend them forward from the mouth. Extend them outward from the mouth of the vajra palms. Then dance them left and right and place them on the crown of the head. The appearance of the vajra knot pouring downward. The vajra knot opening upward. Raise and rotate the two Oṃ (藏文：ༀ) of the mudra. The appearance of extending and applying the mudra, these are the eight graces, etc. The Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ) of the mudra.
