已作决定的，无上菩提心，我将发起。戒律的学处，以及善法之积聚，利益有情之三种戒律，我将坚定地受持。佛、法、僧，无上的三宝，从佛之瑜伽所生，誓言从今坚定受持。于金刚部殊胜大种姓，金刚铃之手印亦，如实受持。堪布们亦将受持。珍宝部殊胜大种姓之，悦意誓言，每日六时中，恒常布施四种布施。从大菩提所生之，莲花部殊胜清净者，外内密之三乘，圣法将受持。业部殊胜大种姓，具足一切律仪者，如实受持，亦尽力行供养之业。无上菩提心，我已发起，为利一切有情故，我将受持所有律仪。未度者我将度，未脱者我将令脱，未喘息者令喘息，安置有情于涅槃。于头顶安放金刚，汝乃瑜伽母族姓之生者，我赐予智慧金刚，因赐予故将成就悉地。凡未曾见此者，勿于其前言说，若说则将衰损。是故摧毁我慢后，认知自性不迷乱。金刚空行母汝今，已真实进入汝之心。若说此理，则彼即刻分离而逝。于舌上赐予甘露。此乃汝之誓言水，违越誓言则焚烧，守护誓言则悉地，以此金刚甘露之水成就。（藏文：ༀ་བཛྲ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏོ་ད་ཀ་ཋ།，梵文天城体：ओँ वज्रडाकिनी अमृतोदक ठ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajraḍākinī amṛtodaka ṭhaḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡 瓦吉ra 达吉尼 阿弥利多达嘎 扎。）合掌于头顶。自此时起汝子，金刚持即是我，我如何所教敕，汝当无厌倦地成办。凡不敬我者，如是不敬彼者，则被魔所摧毁而堕恶趣，是故安住于誓言。

Having made the determination, the unsurpassed Bodhicitta, I shall generate. The trainings of discipline, and the accumulation of virtuous dharmas, the three disciplines that benefit sentient beings, I shall firmly uphold. Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, the unsurpassed Three Jewels, born from the yoga of the Buddha, the vows from now on I shall firmly uphold. In the great and supreme Vajra family, the mudra of the Vajra bell also, I shall truly uphold. The Khenpos also I shall uphold. Of the great and supreme Ratna family, the pleasing vows, in six times each day, I shall always give the four kinds of generosity. From the great Bodhi arising, the supreme and pure Padma family, the three vehicles of outer, inner, and secret, the sacred Dharma I shall uphold. In the great and supreme Karma family, possessing all the vows, I shall truly uphold, and do the work of offering as much as I can. The unsurpassed Bodhicitta, I have generated, for the sake of benefiting all sentient beings, I shall uphold all the vows. Those who have not crossed over, I shall ferry over, those who have not been liberated, I shall liberate, those who have not breathed, I shall make them breathe, and establish sentient beings in Nirvana. Placing the Vajra on the head, you are born of the Yogini lineage, I bestow the wisdom Vajra, by bestowing it, you will attain Siddhi. Whoever has not seen this, do not speak in front of them, if you speak, you will decline. Therefore, having destroyed pride, recognize your own nature without confusion. Vajra Dakini, you now, have truly entered your heart. If you speak this reason, then she will immediately separate and depart. Bestowing nectar on the tongue.
