May detachment abide like the sky! Wherever you are, may you abide in the state of awareness! Whatever arises, may it abide in the radiance of awareness! Having seized it, may self-awareness dawn clearly! Just as birds, wherever they fly, do not go beyond the sky, so too, abide in the state of awareness! May all phenomena be self-illuminating and unwavering! Thus, abiding in the state of clear and pure mind, when reciting (ཕཊ,phaṭ,स्फुट्,bursting forth), even if a state of non-mentation arises due to distraction and the causes of samsara, a self-luminous, vast, and peaceful awareness without conceptualization or clinging to antidotes will dawn. Recognize that this is the meditation of awareness abiding in its own state. Determine that all appearances, including the entire phenomenal world, are magical displays of the mind's deluded appearances. Determine that the deluded clinging mind is also like rootless space. Determine that the self-arisen wisdom, the awareness of emptiness, is the Dharmakaya. Therefore, do not overly rely on the Buddha, and do not doubt samsara. Because you know that samsara and nirvana are the nature of the mind, being aware and unaware, at the time of awareness of whatever arises, there is no acceptance or rejection, good or bad. In the great state of thorough purity, the original purity, generate conviction. This is to be in accord with your own nature in the present moment, cutting through in one stroke. From the perspective of no good or bad, it is like driving the nail of thorough wisdom between samsara and nirvana, like root meeting fire. Because existence and non-existence, partiality, arise, it is like driving the nail of liberated view between permanence and annihilation, like mirrors meeting. Because you know that all phenomena are originally liberated, originally Buddha, whatever arises becomes the nature of reality, like climbing to the top of a mountain and seeing the low valleys below. This is called the intention of the King of Mountains abiding. Once you recognize this, at any time, whether it is the abiding, moving, negating, affirming, good thoughts, or bad thoughts of knowledge, look directly with the self-luminous nature, and the ungrasping self-abiding meditation will dawn nakedly. This alone is the effortless or spontaneously accomplished meditation, like a river. Having gained some stability in this, through the causes of combining gentle, harsh, and moderate behavior with your own experience, and combining it with meditation, all actions, words, thoughts, and conceptualizations will arise as the play of the nature of reality, without the distinctions of equipoise and post-equipoise, without the interval of day and night, without the dharma of acceptance and rejection, without the calculation of meditator and object of meditation. Everything is the self-radiance of awareness, the intention of the exhaustion of phenomena, original purity, like the moon.

It should be known. The third is the introduction to conduct: In equanimity, with the view like the moon, conduct is practiced as mere illusion, whatever is done is the play of wisdom. However, for beginners, it is very important to distinguish the post-meditation state. Therefore, as long as my conceptual thoughts have not dissolved into the Dharmadhatu, the results of karma will continue to appear. For example, when a wild animal appears in a dream, fear arises due to its killing, etc. Therefore, without attachment to anything, one should correctly adopt and abandon good and evil, and practice by integrating the three vows harmoniously on a single seat. In short, from the teachings of the Pratimoksha vow, one should abandon actions that directly and indirectly harm others; from the teachings of the Bodhisattva vow, one should accomplish benefits with the altruistic intention of cherishing others; from the teachings of the Mantra vow, one should regard the innate, stainless nature of mind of all sentient beings as the deity of the three Vajras, complete from the beginning, and generate pure appearance and devotion. In particular, one should rely on the Lama with immeasurable devotion and service, recognizing him as the embodiment of all Buddhas. This is called the practice of conduct in relation to time. The guiding sequence of Kadag Trekchö has been well explained. Fourth, transforming the Svabhavikakaya into the path, like the Wisdom Vajra and the Most Secret Supreme Vajra, the teaching of the spontaneously accomplished, luminous Tögal is explained in three parts: preliminaries, main practice, and conclusion. First, the preliminaries are divided into two: Taming the mind with visualization, and abandoning the nine activities. The first is: First, perform Guru Yoga, with the body in the seven-point posture, visualize your own body as a burning mass of light, and in your heart visualize a white, stainless letter A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿). From the radiance of that A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), without distinction between inside and outside, in the transparent expanse of light, all appearances and existence are transformed into A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿). Reciting "A A A" (藏文:ཨ་ཨ་ཨ།,梵文天城体:अ अ अ,梵文罗马拟音:a a a,汉语字面意思:阿阿阿) hundreds of thousands of times is a preliminary for entering the dark room, but here, reciting A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) about a hundred thousand times, and then reciting it briefly during the actual dark room practice is beneficial. The second is: As stated in "Longsal": In order to subdue the key points of direct perception, the outer, inner, and secret activities are, with body, speech, and mind...
