If you recognize it there, you will attain Buddhahood with the same intention as Padmasambhava. It is said. That is also, the essence of the ground is pure from the beginning, the nature is spontaneously accomplished, and it abides in the intention of inseparable body and wisdom. Since those two are of the same essence, they are established as the inseparability of appearance and emptiness. The way it abides, emptiness unchanging is the nature of the Dharmakaya, the great bliss of self-nature, clear and unchanging, is the Sambhogakaya, and the ability, compassion, and awareness that arise in various ways and are uninterrupted are the Nirmanakaya. Ultimately, the three bodies are inseparable, like the center of the sun, clear inside, but not established as the characteristics of objects. The self-nature is clear in the original awareness, but there are no colored patterns inside and outside. That itself abides in the wisdom of compassion and awareness, but it does not use the image for external objects, so the external conditions are not scattered, it is the spontaneously accomplished precious inner abode of the youthful vase body. The three of self-nature, self-nature, and compassion abide, this self-aware cherished child, know that from the beginning it is the self-born, co-emergent Padmasambhava, relax into it, make a firm decision, generate faith, and on the face of self-awareness, firmly hold the certainty of self-liberation. Self-nature emptiness is the Dharmakaya, uninterrupted clarity is the Sambhogakaya, awareness, ability, and compassion are the Nirmanakaya, the three bodies are accomplished from the beginning without needing to be cultivated, self-awareness from the beginning is Padmasambhava. Thus, and so on, it is said. Thus, and so on, it is introduced with words related to the view. Second, introducing from the door of meditation, there are two, introducing the cause of Samadhi, introducing the self-nature of Samadhi itself. The first is, by practicing well the practice with the essential points, the stages of practice will arise, that is also, as the teacher Vimalamitra made the classification of the five experiences in the commentary on the Mudra Meditation. First, the experience of shaking is, the practitioner will feel that the thoughts have increased slightly, this is the experience of the arising of practice, the heart's desire, and the recognition of thoughts, like the flowing water of a ravine. Second, the experience of attainment is, the thoughts are also reduced, and they abide in a slightly peaceful state, this is the experience of the rest of thoughts, like the flowing water of a narrow cave. Third, the experience of habituation is, most of the time abiding in non-thought.

Sometimes, vague thoughts arise, which is the state of mind being driven by discursive thoughts. For example, like a small lake being moved by a breeze. Furthermore, the various experiences and signs that arise in body, speech, and mind after the three doors have been thoroughly tamed should be introduced in the order they arise. The second is, the introduction of calm abiding and insight: That is, from the pacification of subtle, coarse, calm, and drowsy arising of discursive thoughts, the mind abides in a state of bliss, clarity, and non-discrimination, which is calm abiding. And the signs of its completion are: As the scriptures say: The body is like a bundle of hay with a broken rope; speech is like a lute with a broken string; the mind is like water cut off from a dam; suchness is like a lamp not moved by the wind, this is how it is introduced. Movement naturally disappears. Awareness is without object, self-luminous, without addition or subtraction, nakedly and clearly appearing, which is insight. Like the sun appearing without any obscuration. The experience is indescribable to others, like a mute tasting sugar. One's own suchness cannot be shown to others, like the bliss of a young woman, this is how it is introduced. For the appearance of the six consciousnesses, there is no clinging attachment, which is calm abiding. The doors of appearance appear without obstruction, which is insight, the union of calm abiding and insight on the appearance. Discursive thoughts naturally disappear, awareness is calm abiding. It itself is liberated into the mind-free Dharmakaya, which is insight, the union of calm abiding and insight on the awareness. In short, whether in meditation or post-meditation, the objects of the six consciousnesses do not cease, the five senses naturally relax. The state of awareness is, knowing that it does not follow external objects. Clear and transparent. Practicing the realm of appearance with the natural state of no hope, fear, modification, or falsification. Not abandoning or changing the grasping mind, liberating in its own place, like chasing away hundreds of birds with one stone, and crossing hundreds of rivers with one sluice gate, this is how it is introduced. If it is introduced forcibly, then, the student should maintain the posture of the body. That is, the present awareness that is not defiled by any discursive thoughts of the past, present, and future, is clear and without grasping, in the state of natural Dharma, without acceptance or rejection, just look. The stainless and pure Buddha is, self-knowing Dharmakaya is immutable. Clear and bright, relaxed and at ease. Like the cloudless autumn sky. Abide like the unchanging and stable mountain king. Abide like the clear ocean of eye medicine. Wide and
