So. The second (part) has two divisions: a concise statement and a detailed explanation. The first (part): From "That very nature," it is said. Thus it is said that the very essence of the Buddha, its nature being emptiness, its essence being luminosity, and its aspects appearing unceasingly, has thirty-two qualities of the Dharmakaya and thirty-two qualities of the Rupakaya, totaling sixty-four, all complete. This is said to be the main category being discussed. If explained in detail, each of these would have hundreds of thousands or countless qualities. The second (part) has two divisions: explaining the qualities of the Dharmakaya and the qualities of the Rupakaya. The first (part) has five divisions: the ten powers, the four fearlessnesses, the eighteen unshared qualities, the way they exist now but are not visible, and the way they need to be realized, along with scriptural evidence. The first (part): From "Possible and impossible," the ten powers. Thus it is said that all Buddhas, from the firmness of their vows to generate bodhicitta and uphold their commitments, obtaining desirable results from virtue is possible, and obtaining undesirable results is impossible, and the opposite of that. The power of knowing is the first. Knowing the results of actions, the power of knowing the maturation of all actions is the second. Entering in accordance with the elements, the power of knowing the various elements of sentient beings is the third. Teaching the Dharma in accordance with the faculties, the power of knowing the superior and inferior faculties is the fourth. Entering in accordance with aspirations, the power of knowing the various aspirations of beings is the fifth. Being accustomed to all vehicles, the power of knowing the various paths traveled in the three vehicles or in samsara and nirvana is the sixth. Focusing on samadhi, the power of knowing meditation, etc., without afflictions and defilements is the seventh. From the higher intentions of sentient beings, etc., the power of knowing death and birth with the divine eye is the eighth. Because virtue has not been wasted, the power of remembering one's own and others' past lives is the ninth. The power of knowing the exhaustion of defilements is the tenth. Thus, there are ten powers of unmatched energy. The second (part): From "Relying on that," the state of being unopposed. Thus it is said that the four fearlessnesses rely on the ten powers. The fearlessness of vowing to fully realize one's own benefit is: In the midst of the assembly, I have awakened to perfect enlightenment in the source of all dharmas. Thus, if the commitment is made, but enlightenment is not attained,

There is no opponent, and there is no fear in teaching the Dharma that obstructs the benefit of others, because attachment and so on are obstacles to liberation, so they are prevented, and no one refutes that these are not obstacles when teaching. There is no fear in teaching the path that leads others to liberation from samsara. When teaching that the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment are the path that leads to liberation from samsara, no one refutes that this is not the path. There is no fear in teaching that abandoning one's own benefit is perfection. When teaching that one has attained the cessation of afflictions and their habitual tendencies, no one refutes that one has not attained it. In short, there is no argument that contradicts the Dharma, either directly or indirectly. Third, by that cause, is the Dharmakaya. As it is said, by the cause of attaining the four fearlessnesses, one possesses the eighteen unshared Dharmas that are not mixed with Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Bodhisattvas. Among them, the six included in conduct are: the body's conduct has no error, so there is no incorrectness; the speech's expression has no noise; the mind's wisdom has no loss of memory for all that is knowable, so there is no forgetfulness; the four postures are not constantly abiding in equality, so there is no non-abiding; there are no various different concepts for samsara and nirvana; there is no abandonment without observation. These are the six. The six included in realization are: the intention to teach the Dharma does not decline; similarly, diligence in meaning; mindfulness of beings to be tamed, etc.; Samadhi that realizes equality; Wisdom that knows all of samsara and nirvana; and the wisdom of liberation that is liberated from afflictions and their seeds, there is no complete decline from the six. The three included in activity are: the body's activity that can tame all sentient beings with all conduct; the speech's activity that possesses sixty branches; and the mind's activity that knows and embraces beings to be tamed with compassion. These three activities are all guided by wisdom in front, and have attained the result of wisdom following behind. The three included in wisdom are: the wisdom's observation that has no attachment or obstruction to the three times of past, future, and present, the eighteen unshared Dharmas without obscuration. Thus, possessing thirty-two qualities is the self-nature pure Dharma.
