Because it does not depend on others, because the power of the mind is extremely stable, and because it possesses perfect skill in destroying inconsistent aspects. Therefore, possessing these four qualities of virtue, the victorious one, the lion among humans, just as a lion possessing four qualities is fearless among beasts, abides without fear or shyness in the midst of an immeasurable assembly of retinue. The second is: Knowing all that is manifest, from any place, he abides without fear. Pure beings and oneself, because of seeing inequality, there is no dependence. The mind, with respect to all phenomena, is stable because of concentration. Because it has transcended the ground of the most extreme ignorance and habitual tendencies, it possesses skill. Thus it is said, then by what is it known that it possesses four qualities? Because it directly knows all aspects of knowable things without exception, and is able to answer all questions, therefore it abides without fear from any person, such as debaters of other paths. Because of the various obscurations, pure beings, hearers, arhats, and bodhisattvas abiding on the ten grounds, are not equal to oneself, and because one observes them more excellently, one does not depend on anyone. The mind, with respect to all phenomena of suchness and the extent of suchness, abides without discrimination and with concentration, therefore meditative stabilization is constantly stable. Because it has completely transcended even the subtle obscuration of the ground of ignorance and habitual tendencies, which is extremely difficult to abandon, it possesses the four qualities of perfect skill in destroying inconsistent aspects. The third is the method of unmixed representation: Worldly hearers, one- sidedly, practitioners and wise self-born ones, from higher to higher, wisdom is purified, because of subtlety, there are five kinds of metaphors. For the sake of all the world's livelihood, it is the same as earth, water, fire, and wind. Worldly and transworldly, transcending characteristics like space. Thus it is said, after the above unmixed was spoken of with the metaphor of space, and then earth, water, fire, wind, etc. were spoken of, then why are these metaphors established? Ordinary worldly people, and hearers, and solitary realizers who only practice for their own benefit, and wise bodhisattvas, and self-born Buddhas

Since the wisdom is pure, subtle, and profound from top to top, for example, earth, water, fire, wind, etc., the latter is more subtle in nature than the former. Since the combination of metaphor and meaning is easy to understand, the five metaphors such as earth should be listed. Or, since the Buddha is the basis for the survival of all beings in the world, these five metaphors should be listed: earth is the foundation, water is cohesion, fire is maturity, wind is non-dispersion, and space is opening up the gaps of these, similar to relying on survival. The uncommon qualities of the Buddha are that they transcend the nature of the qualities of individual beings in the world, as well as the qualities of the Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Bodhisattvas who have transcended the world, and are uncommon with them. Just as space transcends the nature of the four elements. Fourth, thus the thirty qualities, the two are well distinguished by the Dharmakaya, like the light and color of the wish-fulfilling jewel, and the shape is generally indistinguishable. Thus it is said, these thirty-two separated qualities are well distinguished in the ultimate Dharmakaya, and reside in it without distinction. For example, just as the light emitted from the wish-fulfilling jewel, the bright color, and the beautiful shape are indistinguishable from the wish-fulfilling jewel, the thirty-two qualities are also indistinguishable from the Dharmakaya. Second, explaining the ripening fruit is divided into two: the way the marks reside on the two bodies, and the way the Rupakaya is symbolized by the metaphor of the moon. The first is, seeing and rejoicing all qualities, called the thirty-two marks, the manifestation is complete on the Dharma, the complete enjoyment depends on the two bodies. Thus it is said, any complete qualities that make the mind happy when seen, called the thirty-two marks, are the manifestation of the manifestation, and the Dharma of the Mahayana is complete, which is the enjoyment of the Sambhogakaya, that is, relying on the two Rupakayas, because it is the merit of the Buddha that appears to the beings to be tamed. The second is, from the pure far and near sentient beings, in the wheel of the victor of the world, like the moon shadow of water and space, seeing that aspect is twofold. Thus it is said, from the pure away from the obscurations that become obstacles to seeing the Rupakaya, the sentient beings to be tamed who are far away
